I received the $15 gift card and the "area director" Thom Runyan had nothing to say in response to my last email. This is the last nail in the coffin to prove that management DOES NOT CARE about this location, they just send everyone that complains a minor gift card and doesn't bother to actually fix anything. RIP PCB Applebees

I have been emailing with area director and they offered me a $15 gift card to "win me back". I'm guessing this is what they do with all of the one/two star reviews on here. I responded with the following:
"More importantly to win back all of the customers this location has lost recently, including former repeat customers (if you haven't yet you should take a look at the Google reviews) there needs to be more staff hired at this location to meet demand, proper training for current and incoming staff, and an investigation of current management. A colleague of mine recently applied for a position there. She was asked to do an interview and waited over an hour for a manager to show up but no one ever came. You have systemic issues that need to be addressed to win back everyone that has been disappointed. This Applebee's used to be my favorite place to treat myself and I hate to see it in its current state."
They'll probably respond with some kind of platitude but if it's interesting enough I'll update again.

SAVE YOURSELF DONT TRY TO EAT HERE. I placed a to go order on July 22nd that was scheduled to be ready at 6:00 p.m. I just picked up my order and it is now 6:48 p.m. I waited for a long time in my car and when the order was 20 minutes late I went inside and continued waiting at the bar. While several other customers and I were waiting at the bar, we could hear everything that was being said in the kitchen, including someone that I suspect was in a managerial position saying "You guys are all doing a horrible job." This location clearly needs help from some kind of district manager to get them more staffing. When I finally got home with my order of beer cheese and pretzel sticks, I opened up the cup of beer cheese and it was less than half full. This isn't the first terrible experience I've had here and I've been very forgiving but this is the last straw. The beer cheese is amazing but it's not worth the hassle.
In area and visited location 3 times. Ordered the French Onion soup extra hot and it was perfect each time. The fiesta like chicken and burgers were also very good.
Morgan our waitress was amazing!! We have been here on vacation for a week and had the best time with her. We had a bigger party and she handled our orders fantastic. ???? recommend her.
Ordered margarita that was on special. It was terrible. It was a thick lemon lime syrup. Then ordered the riblet dinner. The riblets had no taste and were dry. Obviously, frozen too long. The cole slaw I had to spit in my napkin. Just a terrible dining experience.
Just came in from out of town and needed something to eat. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was really friendly and attentive. Drinks came out quick and food wasn't far behind.
It was really nice experience. We had a great time there everything was good, service, cleaning, and the stuff.
The only thing I could say is that the restaurant is a little bit expensive.
You will pay more than 40 for 2 person.
Not worth it, ???? almost empty, 3 servers working, took almost half an hour to get service, drinks came out in dirty cups, food was not that good, I will never be revisiting that applebee's again. It took them 45min to bus the table next to us.
Sitting at the table for 20 minutes, no one has taken our drink order or food order. Place is empty...
Great place to OPEN a freaking restaurant.
