Went for dinner after a long day at work. There are lots of places in the lounge to work on my laptop. The mushroom burger is excellent, very flavorful. The service was great! Received my food quickly, it was the right temperature. Service is always wonderful
Be sure to try the wonton tacos and the Strawberry balsamic salad. Highly recommend.
The takeout service was quite impressive. Although there was a bit of a wait, I was assured that my order was being prepared and that I hadn't been forgotten. The manager even came out to ensure that my order was accurate and that I was satisfied. The entrees were served hot and tasted delicious, especially the mushroom Swiss burger, which I highly recommend. I'll be returning as a repeat customer.
Applebees literally never disappoints. I ordered the peach sangria drink which was really good. I'd give it an 8/10 flavor wise. Then I got spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. It wasn't my favorite. Id give it maybe a 4/10. Lastly I got the shrimp and broccoli pasta with penne noodles instead of fettuccine and was not disappointed at all. The pasta was a little dry so I had to ask for extra sauce but once I added the sauce it was perfect. Flavor wise I'd give it a 9/10. Overall I enjoyed my meal. All the food came out rather quickly and hot & my waitress was extremely pleasant. She checked on my table so many times. Amazing customer service and atmosphere here.
Firstly they asked us if we had a preference of where we wanted to sit in which we said no preference. They then put us at the bar assuming our ages which are not over 21 so we were then kicked out of the bar area and made to wait again for a table. After we’re sat our waiter Cheyann asks for our order and continuously asks what else what else what else making us feel like we needed to present our entire order appetizer to dessert so we did. She failed to give us our appetizer at all but had no problem bringing out our dessert with our drinks. Who in the world wants their dessert before their appetizer. Oh wait I forgot she didn’t ring in our appetizer at all. Our menus and dessert sat on the table our entire meal along with an empty cup. We were offered no refills, no napkins, and never once did she ask how we were doing. When I asked her for the check she looked so irritated and annoyed. This was our first dining experience since moving to Washington and I can confidently say it was an awful experience. Never again. Oh and happy Veterans Day.
Staff was friendly and food was good. Ribeye was a little overly salty but nothing that needed to be brought up to staff. They were able to seat all 7 of us and accommodate for a wheelchair we had in our party quickly. Mozzarella sticks and chocolate lava brownie are 10/10. Thanks for dinner!
Just came today for lunch with my co worker. gotta rave about our server Anisha! She was on it! Went over all the lunch specials with us. Everytime a drink was empty she was on it! Me and the same co worker just had a terrible experience at a different resteraunt last week so this really made our day! Amazing service that lady deserves a big raise. ???? we will be back now that we know we'll get good lunch service here. ????
Applebee's in University Place is a delight! The grilled chicken Caesar salad is exceptional, a must-try! Great food and servers in a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Lousy service. Ordered the bread sticks with cheese appetizer and they don't give you any cheese, lousy 12 ounce steak, took 45 minutes to get it. Ordered medium rare and it was served well done and server never came back to check. We have been coming to this store for years almost every Friday and the service and food just keeps going down hill. We are finding a new Friday night out spot.
