I went because of the $10 special they recently started and I'm glad I did, the service was better than most places I've been. The bacon was a little hard, but other than that the cheeseburger and fries were great. They also have a veteran discount, so I'll be back.
The food is great try the tomato basil soup it is too good. The only downer was the prevelant smell of pot which they turned up the ac to try and disapate. Otherwise all the people were great service nice but they were busy. It was lunch time 1 pm on a weds.
We had a party of 12. Our server was wonderful and got all the orders correct when he never wrote anything down.
Shoutout to the general manager whom was very polite and attentive at the bar. 1st time ever coming at lunch time but it will not be the last. Food was hot and fresh..once again good food, good service and good drinks win again!! You can never go wrong with the wonton ???? First of all let me give 10's across the board to our server DESTINY!!! She only been with the company 2 weeks but when I tell you she a rock star!!! Her customer service skills are impeccable. The food was so on point so hot and fresh. Leon,Stephanie and Dee are cooks tonight and they are on point.. Shout out to the manager Al your staff tonight is on point ????????.ATTENTION ATTENTION to top it off they hav dollararita's right now yes $1.00 margaritas!!!!! ???? I see that there have been alot of bad reviews for this resturant but Im telling you on this day May 1,2024 Applebee's got it right!!!
So ordered my food door dash ordered shrimp parm sirloin as you can see when I got my steak that’s a dry piece of meat there. The manager stated he cooked and pkgd himself. Told me he knows that it had parm and shrimp when it left Applebees. Now although I’m not a genious pretty sure I know what shrimp parm looks like avoid this place at all costs. Called me a liar.
I took my son for lunch on a Friday and it was not crowded at all. They had some very good deals! My son ordered a 2 for $31 special! He ordered 2 steak dinners (one to go and it also came with an appetizer). I really enjoyed the steak with parmesan shrimp I was treated to for my birthday so I ordered it again, I was brought a chicken dinner by mistake which must have been someone else's because when mine came it was luke warm. I've come to think with restaurants they schedule the kitchen's B team during the week and the A team during the weekend. My birthday meal was on a Saturday at the same restaurant and was excellent! I also got an after 3 pm special for a chicken fajita and ate it the next day, really good! The waitress was nice but very slow in service.
Haven't ate at an Applebee's in a long time. This location in Chattanooga was fine and I had no issues. The waitress was very attentive. Inside the restaurant was very clean, and I noticed they have a very high score on their public notice, a 98!! Food portion was good, temperature was fine as well. I was eating early and it wasn't to busy, so laid back atmosphere was nice.
It was Great... The service is usually great, the only sad thing, was my noodles weren't done all the way... Once I told the server, they made me some fresh noodles and it was awesome... My husband and my daughter's food was so delicious...
