Best WLM Reviews
The reason I like this location, it caters to the older crowd. So they have alot of meals ready for them. So when you drop in most likely it will be out in a heartbeat. The food was well made. The ribs, the salmon the fries did need a pinch more seasoning... but it was good service!!!!
We had great service but the food is always lackluster. This has nothing to do with this particular restaurant, just the chain in general. We tried a Santa drink, margarita, bourbon shrimp chicken, and a steak. My husband said the steak was edible and filled a void, but was just that.
We went to this Applebees today 10/6/24 upon checking into our hotel room. We were welcomed, seated immediately and our waitress Emily came to our table immediately as well. She was very nice, friendly and when she took our order she had an excellent suggestion that worked better for us. We had onion rings for appetizers, hamburger and chicken tenders along with our french fries.
Our food was excellent. We give this restaurant an A++
Update... The front of house manager, I believe she said her name was Katie, called and spoke with me today. She apologized for everything and sent out a gift card to make things right. She was very professional and kind.
Our server was amazing I'll start with that The food however...we Got The Applebee's sampler and salmon dinner The sampler came with the crumbs of chips literally had to mix in the spinach dip with crumbs to be able to even eat the spinach dip cold boneless wings and cold quesadillas. The salmon dinner left a lot to be desired to be broccoli was mushy upgraded to the macaroni and cheese which was flavorless and cold I definitely would not recommend this location
I had never eaten Applebees before tonight and thought it would be better quality than the McDonald’s down the street for a late dinner. I was wrong. Ended up spending about twice as much as I would too.
The mozzarella sticks were pretty good tbh, but the rest was meh at best.
Waitress nor cook were familiar with menu as far as gluten sensitivities for my wife. Item clearly identified safe for GS, but cook said not sure. Unless using sauces outside Applebees ordering system it should have been. My steak was ordered medium and was cooked correctly, but very dry like a well done or old and reheated. It also had no flavor.
Went in one night and it was karaoke night. We had a really good time and the bartender was amazing. She was on top of making sure my drinks were refilled and she was on top of making sure everyone was having a good time and no one was left out. I believe her name was charlotte and that woman is amazing.
Jordan was our server and he was very attentive to our needs and made sure we hd everything we needed. And even catered to the fact we had a smaller kid with us and made sure her food came out quickly . Such a great experience and he definitely made it more enjoyable, and amazing young man! Great job!
