Stop in for early lunch. We had the 2 for $25. It was a great value. We had the salads as appetizers and then the steak with mash potatoes & broccoli. Steak was cooked the correct temperature for us. The mash potatoes were delicious and the broccoli was cooked so it was not soggy. The salads had tomatoes cucumber lettuce. Overall an excellent meal at a great price. Staff was welcoming & attentive. Plenty of parking. The location is a bit weird to access. The street Applebees sign is way far away from the actual building so that threw us off a bit.
I don’t know why I keep coming here I guess I just keep praying they pay a chef enough to care. For the millionth time my “pink” burger is a literal inedible hockey puck. I’ve communicated my issues privately before but after seeing all the bad reviews I should just never come back. Be warned only a couple things will be fine, the rest is gross. How could this possibly be pink? Does the chef have no thermometer? Do they just not make enough to care?
Worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have been several times to this location. primarily due to location to hotel. Every time has been a disaster. Terrible service, food cold, bad attitudes from staff if they even acknowledge you.
A visit 2 months ago, food frozen when brought to table, and a fraudulent charge to my Visa for for the bill and another charge right after for $600. Vowed never to return. Addressed issues with assistant manager and was told " Ya we know. oh well, what you gonna do"
Though after 2 months changes may have been made. I was wrong.
October 7, 2024 - Waited 20 minutes for hostess to greet me at front. There was hostess, bartender, 2 servers, and a total of 18 patrons counting myself. After getting seated, another 15 minutes before waitress came by. I ordered boneless chicken wings and a 12 oz ribeye. Another 30 minute wait.my food arrived. I was last person to leave after the football game.
I lost 2 days of work due to food poisoning. I dared not leave the hotel bathroom for the next 2 days. Needless to say I will NEVER eat at that restaurant again. Nor do I trust the brand and chain because of how they handle the food.
I would give them negative 20 starts if I could. This restaurant should be closed in the interest of public health.
monica served us earlier today. she was very polite, answered all of our questions, she made sure we had our drinks filled and if we needed anything. Over all experience and service was exponential, will definitely be returning!
Bartender Patrick's attitude was horrible as soon as he got behind the bar he started me down continuously. He ignored me for about ten minutes when I finally got his attention he disrespectede with horrible service and a terrible attitude. I have been in this establishment for over a year and not once has anyone informed me of a thre drink limit.if that is the case their current staff of bartenders should be fired. Managers did nothing as well just made up excuses. What a horrible dining experience
I understand things can get hectic and so busy. But this was insanely awful. Our waitress barely noticed our table. Even when she came to our table it was because her fellow coworkers kept telling her we were there.
When she took our order or had any interaction with us she was very clearly annoyed. It took us over an hour to get food and about 25 minutes to even get an interaction with anyone other than the person that seated us. Even then, it was the host that got our drinks.
Although we hardly got any service from her, she was quick to bring our ticket and kept asking us if we were ready to cash out when none of us were quite ready. She was just annoyed the whole time and brought the experience way down.
if I could give 0 stars I would. I probably experienced the worst service EVER. the lack of service was ridiculous. I sat down for 30 mins and was constantly by pass a server until he said he’d come by and then never did, he disappeared yet again. A host ended up taking my order, such a great young individual. I would not recommend to eat here due to just the lack of everything. Food lacked flavor, was cold, extremely greasy. No one seemed to cared about us. Servers were all in their own world it seemed. It was quite ridiculous actually, constant mistakes and no etiquette with snarky remarks when I explained issues with my food such as “oh did you find a hair in it too”.
Long wait for initial contact. One of the servers at the bar made contact so I Asked for lemonade and menu, she gave me a menu and walked away. This same member seemed to spend a lot of time talking with her favorite visitors. I assume they were regulars or friends.
Waited for someone to take my order, still received nothing. I was about to leave but another member came back and took my order.
Time to food delivery was longer than usual. Seems this site is short staffed.
Food arrived and I observed the floor while I ate. One member seemed very busy but dedicated and tried to make time to check on customers. The other girl it seemed to me, was there to socialize. Once I finished my food, I set the timer. I would wait 10 mins to get the bill. If nobody noticed me, then I would leave without paying. They wouldn’t notice me leaving, right? Just after 7 mins, the dedicated member came back and brought me the bill. She had a look in her eyes like she knew this would be a bad review. I left her a 20% tip because I felt bad she was so busy. But I didn’t feel service was worth a tip.
