Worst service and food I've had in a long time. The hostess started by making us wait almost 5 min before even acknowledging us, then giving us a dirty look while taking us to the table. She then tossed our menus on a table and walked away. As she walked away I noticed she had air pods in her ears. We ordered right away, when we placed our drink orders, but had to wait almost 30-45 min. People that had been sat 15-20 min after us got their food before us. The restaurant was not even busy. We got there a little after 1pm. When we finally got our food, it was cold, and not good. My plate had ranch dumped all over it, I had ordered chicken fajita roll ups. My mother ordered the new burger, it was not a full patty. It was smashed and in pieces. The bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Our waitress disappeared after bringing our food. We then waited another 10-15 min to get our check after we decided we wanted to leave. We couldn't find our waitress. We won't be back to this location!
When we went it was pyjama day for the staff which I really enjoyed!! I also had a free appetizer for my birthday as a member of the reward club, and so I took the big shareable platter. I shared it with my two girls. Since you need to buy 15$ min to use the voucher, my girls got smoothies and we ordered the donuts. So we got a full meal and left with our bellies full! I am looking forward to getting this plate again!
Rae was absolutely fabulous. Not only did she attend us right away but she also had to bus her own tables mind you we sat at the bar. Rae took care of the tables near the bar! And the bar. WOW ???? thank you.
I have to be honest when I say Applebees is not one of my go tos, but tonight while having an appointment nearby I was looking for time to kill and something to eat with one of my kids. I haven’t been to this location in over a decade I believe because I don’t live in the area. When we arrived it didn’t look too busy, but we were told it would be about 10 minutes or so. I quickly realized they were very short staffed which made sense for the wait. I honestly felt a bit bad for the staff since they are also offering $1 margaritas right now. It ducks that the ones willing to work are pulling double duty for the ones who don’t want to work etc. once seated we were greeted by our waitress Bree you we overheard stating she was just helping out this location. Kudos to Bree. Not only was she a great server to us I saw her run around so quick to help so many others. She was kind and efficient. Even when I overheard some other customers not being so kind/patient she kept her cool and did what she could. We ordered the 2 for 30 where we had the ribs and steak. As an appetizer the spinach dip. Everything came out pretty quick with the help of some other staff. Everything was good for the most part. I am glad they let me sub mashed potatoes for a side salad. It was an additional up charge , but worth it. The salsa was fresh and lettuce crisp. My steak was a bit overdone, but still decent. Our appetizer was great. My son enjoyed his ribs and was happy they just fell off the bone. Some of the tables were dirty and dishes still sitting, but again it was very obvious they were shorty staffed and were trying their best. Shout out to Bree for working her tail off tonight. We appreciated her efforts and smile very much.
The waitress we had was amazing. The drinks and food were amazing. The whole aspect was just a great one.

I have done 1000's of reviews on several platforms. My overall views on Google is 110 million + views. By far, the worst service I have ever received
I order my Wing at 11.15 pm. Before I had even eaten one. The bartender asked me if I wanted a box. By 11.40 I had been asked 7 times if I needed a box or was ready to check out.
At 11.41 with my beer being empty for 5 minutes. Both bartenders asked if I was ready to check out.
With 5 wings left. I felt I needed to leave, for I was bothering them. I wasn't asked if I wanted another beer or soft drink just given a bill and told they were prepping to close at 11.44.
Keep in mind that at 11.40 I was the only person left at the bar.
I dont recommend this spot for any experience or any form of service.
My service was so bad, In 30+ years I feel the president of appleebees needs to receive a letter on my experience, which I will send to Mr Moralejo on Monday.
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, I gave the bartenders at this location.
With so many choices out there, this was a big disappointment , and felt my time was wasted and never finished my food.

My husband and I went in for appetizers and drinks. We were sat and Rae was our server. She was super friendly and attentive. She recommended the boneless wings since they were on special and I have to say they were pretty good! She was also very fast with getting our drink out to us and making sure to refill them fast lol. Definitely will be coming back and seating with Rae!
