We ordered a takeout, including a desert. The food was ok, but the desert is a special story… we ordered brownie with ice cream desert, it looked nice on the picture, and there was no weight indicated, only calories. It said “a perfect size..). What we received was a laughable joke. I wonder, did the manager who came up with this portion feel embarrassed at least a little bit for this?? It was enough for a 3 y.o. What is this??? Are you serious? Unreal. I understand they are trying to save money but are they serious?? What’s next? Brownie crumbs for a desert??? You be the judge: Picture from the menu on the website vs the reality ????????♀️
I ordered a couple of stuff carside and my fault i should have doubled check the bag to make sure everything was right. but of course it was late and we had been out all day and just tired. I just wanted to get home So I didn’t check. When I got home was not that happy with the presentation. I got chicken Alfredo and paid extra for extra Alfredo sauce! I was definitely surprised to see what I received. And also ordered mozzarella sticks and one mozzarella sticks seem like it had already been dunked Marinara sauce, I found odd considering the marinara sauce was closed. So it didn’t give the best Impression. Because I was so happy with the presentation I did fill out the survey and I just got a call back from one of the managers and can I just say I’m really happy that they actually read the reviews and consider what is being said in them! I spoke manager i spoke with Brynn I believe, Was very understanding and super sweet to hear me out. I will definitely be coming back again just knowing that she called me back to fix this! Thank you again for making this right i appreciate it so much!
Darnell is one of the BEST servers I have ever had. I used to be a server/ bartender so I understand how difficult the job is. He really handles all of it so well and does not make any of his customers feel like they are forgotten, even when he is SWAMPED. It was some of the best service we could have received. Hes also extremely personable and was just a pleasure to have as our server. I would definitely recommend coming here especially with him as our server!
Have eaten here before but tonight was the first time in a while - husband and I both got burgers, his was the quesadilla burger and good Lord it came with a bonus side of grease. I could understand my cheeseburger being greasy (which don't worry it was) but his had a pool of grease collecting under it. We spent $45 unfortunately mid burgers and a Shirley temple with no cherries :(
9-1-2024- We had the wonton tacos and they were better than ever. My husband got classic bacon cheese burger and I got the Swiss and mushroom burger with bacon. Both of us were in shock the burgers were so delicious. Sorry could only post those photos because we ate the rest . The service was good too.
Best place to go for half price apps (meaning appetizers and drinks). It was delicious. I got the wonton tacos and the pretzels with couple of drinks.
My burger was charred I couldnt even eat it. My boyfriend's was too. Dispite trying to save it with lots of condiments I just threw it in the trash. Wasted 30 bucks on nothing. I was so disappointed
We had an amazing dining experience at Applebee's Grill + Bar, thanks to our server, Genius! This young guy was absolutely incredible—he memorized our entire order without jotting down a single note, and everything came out perfectly. No mistakes at all! The food was exactly as we love it at Applebee's, and the service was fast and friendly. It really made our visit extra special. Highly recommend visiting this location if you want great food and impeccable service!
Very inconsistent. My kids love going here for the wanton tacos. That’s THE ONLY REASON WHY I REVISITED. Ordered apps and entrees at the same time. They all pretty much came out at the same time, except for my entree that sat on the line till I finished my French onion that was served to me in a Mac and cheese dish. My kids finished their app to move on to their heir now cold entree. So when the Chicken Alfredo Entree came out, it was bone dry. Like it sat on the line for 20 minutes and there wasn’t one drop of sauce to be found. It looked very unappealing and I was not about to eat that and try to make the best of it. I shouldn’t have to, especially after working all day just wanting to eat some food. So I just sent it back b and let my kids finish up and left. The manager visited at the beginning of our Dining experience before we even got a chance to touch our food. Never revisited after I sent back my entry. She did however make it over by the door on our way out to say good night. I won’t be back. The server didn’t seem to care too much until it came time to drop the check.
One sure was to stop folks from going out to eat is for establishments to make you feel like they don’t care about your patronage.
