Best WLM Reviews
I am absolutely blown away by how disgusting the bar attitude is. Furthermore, she handled my food and drink without gloves just to add insult to injury. i asked for a manager, and the manager is too busy to address bad customer service. Mind you we are paying customers. I am trying to show my sister a great day. However, I just realized I lost my appetite. Mind you, the portion for prices is not nice. I definitely think ???? if this is what the brand offers, it will follow Red Lobster in bankruptcy. Just go to the buffet ???? more options for a set price. I don't recommend this place.
Came here for breakfast and won’t be returning! The waitress was a sweetheart, the place clean but the food was disgusting! The OJ taste like medicine and they only offer snicker’s syrup in the packet. Pancakes were cold and hard and the potato skillet had 4 potatoes and a ton of big hard red peppers.
I know the rating is pretty high, but that’s because the experiences which you expect from Applebee’s.
Kayla was our server and was great.
The cocktails were made to standard and the food was alright.
This is what’s should be expected. Decent dinar style food, good drinks and a great server!
It’s always a great time taking the family to Applebees, our favorite neighborhood restaurant lol. The vibe is always great, the food is always affordable and good quality as usual and the server we had was the best. A must try for anyone going to Applebees is their “honey bbq wings” appetizer. Is me and my family’s favorite appetizer. I also had the bourbon chicken and shrimp with potato salad entree and it was very good. As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s Applebees lol that means it’s great. There’s TVs every where you look and music playing lol etc. overall it’s always a good visit.
I Uber eats a tender afraid with grilled chicken as an add on and I did not get that at all. They raises the prices for missing items. Want a full refund asap.
The waitress very slow and inexperienced. She didn't know the price of drinks, she didn't give me napkins and cutlery. There wasn't enough alcohol in the drinks. Orders came wrong. The steak was supposed to be 8 oz but it came out small at 6 oz.
I enjoyed the drinks but the food was not desirable. The tips were drenched in BBQ sauce, fries cold, and the box mash is yucky. It was a nice restart, clean, and the manager greeted customer when they came into the restaurant. I loved that touch.
This entire staff needs to be trained again. Seriously, how can a GM sit back and watch this performance and not see a issue. Close for a week and get your act together. If people don't want their jobs they need to quit. The service I got today was so below standard its not funny. Saturday lunch date with my 5 ppl got very slow and rude service. This area seems to have been through a rough gentrification. As a tourist visitor but being from here I will not be coming to this location
