THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Our server was a great person and helped out a lot. Food was great, and so was the atmosphere of the building. Definitely come here if you can’t decide where to go!
My first delivery order and this is the trash I got brought to my door. This has nothing to do with Uber eats,but everything to do with Applebee's with is really going on!?
**12/07/24 @ 5:30pm** If I could give this location zero Stars I would. They couldn't get the drinks right and then when the food came it was completely wrong. The server got me the manager but he seemed kind of nonchalant about the whole ordeal. Save your money and go to Red Robin.
We waited at least 55 mins to receive our food. Do not order a steak! Medium equals well done here. Also, my wife's food looked like it was sitting in the kitchen for 20 mins. Only positive thing is the manager handled it well after being informed about the issue. Waitress knew there was an issue with our orders and gave us no communication and still brought us the dry pasta that was sitting and the well-done steak.
Came for half priced appetizers. We got a waiter that stunk of weed and was minimally attentive. Other than water, we got two drinks as a table, and BOTH of them had milk as an ingredient, and in BOTH DRINKS they got the milk mixed up with lemon juice. This is not the first time we've had bad luck with applebees, you get what you pay for i guess
The cooks and everyone in the back were fine and did good on the food, except for the steak which was supposed to be medium but came out rare, but their wait staff is atrocious. Sooo slow and got our drink orders wrong. Took forever to fix the issue and came to our table multiples in over 30 mins without taking our order.
Horrible experience. Plain and simple….Our waitress I think forgot how to do her job.
I asked to speak to a manager twice, never came. Will never be back to this place.
Edit; received a phone call from Jasmine a manger at this location who apologized for the way we were treated. She also tried to go above and beyond for me for over 2 weeks to compensate me for our troubles. Her manager Rick has not been very helpful in this situation, he won't even call me, I appreciate you trying Jasmine but this has sealed the deal where I won't be back.
30 minute wait with a lot of tables empty. Then another 30 minutes to get your appetizer, salad, and food all at the same time. Then messed up a simple order. A lot of employees standing around and when they did move there was no urgency at all. If it is like that here now, not worth returning.
