Case is the best waiter here, he is very polite , fast , and takes great care of his customers! He made sure all of our food was hot and fresh and made sure all of our drinks tasted good and that everything came out good, HE IS A VERY HARDWORKER and deserves recognition for his service!!!! Case is the best worker here , he is very nice and is funny and will make sure you are well taken care of and have a good experience out of all of the workers here case is the best one I experienced the best service u have ever had from him!! He cares about the service he gives people , he is way faster and nicer than anybody else if you go here ask for case , he will get you taken care of the best way possible!!! He deserves a raise this man was running circles around everyone!!! He made my night better with his positive attitude and refilled drinks without asking , was super attentive and excellent!!!! I had the pleasure of being served by Brooklyn at Applebee’s, and she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Brooklyn went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable, and her outstanding service truly deserves recognition—and a great tip! Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Went for food and drinks and left hungry and upset. We drove like 20 mins cause we wanted some Applebees pasta and the nachos. We started with a margarita and a shot. The shot I was given had a large piece of glass in it. I didn’t even see until after I went to drink it. So that was it for the drinks. Then we waited to get our food only for the guacamole on the nachos to be spoiled and black and the pasta was even worse. There was no sauce, all the breading had fallen off the chicken and the bacon was burnt. We didn’t eat the pasta and barely touched the nachos. The waitress talked to the manager who only offered to take the one shot off that had been served with the large chunk of glass and offer us a free appetizer at our next visit. Do not go to this location they will make you regret the experience.
Amazing place to eat with the family! I love it as it was my first time! My server was named Destiny Lopez, and she was amazing! Very communicative, informative, awesome Attitude, very charismatic young lady! Best service I’ve had in a minute!
Always have a good time coming here weather it’s with the whole family, or just the hubby! But definitely would recommend Josh! He is quick and will always make sure you have what you need! Definitely loved the way he interacted with us like we was a close friend! ❤️
Our waiter Josh helped our family of 7 with a smile and added a little fun by being funny and teasing a little with our son. The food was good, but my son said we should go back so he can get the waiter back. Was a fun night for us, thanks, Josh!
Anyone live near Saginaw, be careful when going to this Applebee's restaurant. We love the food, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Today lunch hour , The young waitress was trying to gaslight us from hiding behind her counter and not want to come out when we call her out about our short money change , wasted our time, and I had to call other staff to get her come back to our table , very unfortunate, and we won't go back there anymore.
Great food and service! Loved the Tipsy Reindeer with Santa gummie.
