The cx service I experience was excellent. The young man was friendly and served us attentively. I got salmon dish with a fancy rice with a bit of broccoli. I enjoyed everything except for the broccoli which was really salty. I pointed that out to my waiter and he spare no time to empathize and apologize (but no replacement was offered). We all enjoyed our meals for the most part though. The atmosphere has a cosy vibe and really a pleasant chill spot to eat and vibe with fam or friends.
I recently stopped by Applebee’s for a quick appetizer and cocktail at the bar, and I had a great experience. I tried the shrimp tacos, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked shrimp with just the right balance of flavors. What made my visit even more memorable was discovering a new drink on the menu for only a dollar! It was refreshing, well-mixed, and an incredible value. The bar staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stop, and I look forward to visiting again for more tasty bites and great deals.
Steven was great; attentive and respectful and genuine.
The food; broccoli and mashed potatoes could have been a bit more fresh.but the salmon was great. Thank you!
My family recently had the pleasure of being served by Marcus at Applebee's and I must say, he truly went above and beyond to make my dining experience exceptional. From his warm and friendly demeanor to his impeccable attention to detail, Marcus made sure that our meals were perfect from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The service was prompt and efficient, and Marcus made sure to check in on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I highly recommend requesting Marcus as your server when dining at Applebee's - you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Marcus, for providing such outstanding service.
I had the salmon which was excellent. And also the blondie for dessert. The server was fabulous. Let me read my book in peace. Great experience!!
Me and my husband came in late night and got drunk . Love this place
Update : came in here today for drinks with hubby and we’ve been sitting here for 23 mins now and nobody has offered to take our order . The woman who sat us down kept walking pass us without making eye contact and everything it was weird . It was no communication at all .
Maybe the weekends aren’t a good time to come in .
We decided to go to the bar to give them our order .
Update 10/17/24
We received terrible service again we will not be at this place again
The portions sizes are super small
The table was super dirty table was crowded and no one offered to take the trash and dirty dishes
Our server, Steve was absolutely the best. The food was good. The drinks that come in the bucket were good as well.
Our waiter Nairobi was excellent. He was very enthusiastic, friendly and funny. Our food was served within a good time frame. The broccoli just needs some seasoning (I had the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli)
