Date night tonight with my wonderful wife Dana. We ordered an appetizer of Brew Pub Pretzels & Cheese, Neighborhood Burger with Fries, Quesadilla Burger with Fries. Appetizer & Burgers with Fries were very good as was our service.
Food was phenomenal and came out fast. We ordered steaks, and they were cooked to perfection. Our server was Erika. She has the best Applebee's swag!!!! Her service was top-notch. She was there when we needed her but di
dn't hover. Erika is very friendly and great at her job!! The manager, Amber, walked around several times checking on everyone. Amber has a great personality and seems to love her job!!
For sure the BEST Applebee's we've been to! Everything was amazing and the waiter was super helpful and attentive. We cannot have pork, so my husband had asked for the burger he ordered to come without the bacon. The kitchen accidentally put bacon on it, so instead of bringing it to us like that or simply taking the bacon off of the burger, they fully remade it. We have never been somewhere that was so considerate of those things! We will definitely be back!
Erica the bartender is awesome! She is very attentive and always ready to make your dinner more enjoyable! The Manager that is young with blonde hair, I believe her name is Amber (can’t remember) she is the ONLY working manager that I have seen at this location and she is always jumping in to help who needs assistance. Chris is also a gem and we love talking with him and service is always spot on!
food was great,service was even better! I saw the Manager doing her rounds and smiling with the other tables surrounding us. when she visited our table she made us laugh. our server Erika was amazeballs. so friendly and had answers for all of my questions. the atmosphere here is truly one of a kind. we will definitely be back.
I paid 35 bucks for the whole rib rack plate with mashed potatoes. I ordered delivery and yes it was an hour till closing time but what I received was a waste. I got French fries instead of potatoes and the ribs were dry and burnt. I wouldn't eat this even at home. I work in the food industry also and I would have never took this to a customer....
We arrived kinda late after an event we attended but were welcomed in and not rushed to eat and get out so they could close. Our waitress was extremely helpful and super friendly. I had the citrus lime chicken with Spanish rice and Pico de Gallo. It was phenomenal. I also had onion rings as an appetizer and they were crispy and cooked to perfection. My glass of sweet tea was half empty when the waitress brought another. I hadn't been to Applebee's in years and I was extremely impressed. Will most definitely be returning. The price was also very reasonable. If you haven't given it a try, you definitely should.
Food and service was great! Erica was on it, getting refills and making drinks. Manager Amber stopped by to make sure everything was good. Kitchen manager Megan was came to check on how my steak was cooked. Literal perfection!
