I normally am never one to complain, but I am disappointed. I ordered two of the kids Chicken Alfredo/with broccoli and the queso with chips. The pasta was mush and the sauce was pretty salty, which I'm sure it's just the recipe they have to follow.
What's more concerning is the rubber piece I found in my food (I'm assuming from a spatula or kitchen utensil of some kind) and I was so nauseated that I vomited. I've chucked this up to be an accident, but I'd advise that the kitchen get new tools, so that things like this don't happen
Well, if u go in after 9, ur in for an adventure. The bar maid is well let’s say not attentive! She walked out in the bar talking on her phone on speaker to her child, rather loudly!
The manager yelled at a busser who seemed maybe handicapped, for asking a question about helping a customer!
Poor service, salad watery, took drinks forever, and just no good!
Those glasses have been sitting here for 20 minutes!
My husband and I had a great meal. Had a bad experience at Avon location so we haven’t been back to Applebees in years. Decided to stop at this location (Elyria) and we had such a good experience and food was great. They held the door open as we walked in and our waitress Sierra was awesome. Kept our drinks full and was on top of service. She made our experience great. Very nice staff. We will be back.
Do you lie to your neighbors? If we are a part of the neighborhood then why were we forgotten about and lied to. Our food arrived cold after 45 minutes. Once this happened the manager told us that she watched it come out of the oven. We then asked her to feel the food and she admitted that it was cold. It wasn’t a great experience. We will not be sending our neighbors here
Worst food I've ever received at an Applebees. Hadn't been to one in a couple of years and probably won't go to one ever again thanks to this location. They never gave us our appetizer and left it on the bill until I told them to take it off. Had I not said anything they wouldn't have even realized they never brought it. Room temperature macaroni. Slightly warm ribs that weren't even close to being hot. The fries were so cold it was obvious that kitchen personnel were too negligent to even keep them under a warmer while the food sat in the kitchen. The chicken was warm at least but wasn't hot. Nothing brought out was hot. My dinner tasted like a low quality cafeteria meal, and I've had better meals sitting in an economy seat on a plane. It wasn't even crowded or busy so there was no reason for the food to have been that bad. There are a large number of other reviews here from others saying their food was forgotten or brought out cold. Do yourself a favor and don't give this place your business until these bad habits stop happening.
Very irritated with this location. Everytime I order to-go, SOMETHING is always wrong. This time I get the bourbon chicken & shrimp .. they forget the garlic parm sauce- chicken is dry as ever. Then I order french onion soup - it’s a thick jelly like substance blob rather than soup. Literally looked like gravy in a bowl with clumped together cheese. Ridiculous. No I don’t want coupons because all three times in the last year that I had issues I NEVER received them in the mail even though the MGR goes outta their way to send a “sympathized” email to you - they never send you anything. Ive been coming here for 20 years & at this point i’m over it & wont be returning. I had my last straw with this place. I feel like Im wasting my money every time I make an order here.
Loved my server Sierra! Stopped in for lunch with my daughter on Monday and the service was great. I’ve had Sierra at least 2x I’ve been there and she has been excellent, I’ll probably request her every time I go.
Service was great. Our waitress was extremely nice and on top of things. However... out of the 3 entrées we ordered. Zero were even close to being good. Chicken Alfredo was literally over cooked noodles in soup. Chicken Ceasar salad was nasty, wilted lettuce. Every option on the appetizer sampler was literally flavorless. This is not even the first time we've been unhappy with our meals. At various Applebee's locations. Used to be a go-to favorite. We'll be hard pressed to make our way back any time soon.
