So, it took more than 5 minutes for our server to get by the table for our drink order and the restaurant was not busy. Our server was more inclined to tell us what they wouldn't or couldn't do than what they would or could do. Our daughter ordered a kids cheeseburger and it immediately brought to mind the "Where's the beef?" commercials from all of those years ago. Our server explained that they cut a regular burger patty in half for a kids meal (even though it doesn't say that or reflect that in the picture on the menu). Atmosphere was fine. We won't come back
Food was excellent service was highly professional your Manager was extremely professional very satisfied with the meal will return again thank you to manager who was so kind..your manger gets 5 stars
Twice now, we’ve gone on a Friday night and waited until we just left to be seated. Tonight a waitress saw us, said she’d be right with us and then went behind the bar to serve drinks and take orders from guests at the bar. We sat waiting and there was chewed chewing gum on the seat. The place was dead. It was 10 pm. I’m starving, still. Oh, and in the parking lot we got hit up for spare change. We won’t be back unfortunately. Hope you guys get it figured out.
UPDATE: I will NEVER eat at ANY Applebees EVER AGAIN.
I don’t know how to give a lower review. The service was so terribly slow - AND THEN THERE WAS A ROACH ON THE TABLE. Absolutely disgusting. Even the cast iron hot plate for the chicken and shrimp had about a 1/8” of caked on burnt old food on the handle of it. No wonder there’s roaches! Please never go here. I travel a lot and have been to many questionable places. This is one place I would neeeeeeeveer go to again. They did comp my meal, so the management is well aware.
No hostes, no bartender, only two wait staff. Almost every table had dirty dishes. Wait staff had to service the bar and to go orders, while waiting on a fuĺl restaurant. Customers left before being seated, because no one at the front. AND, they were out of burgers, which were the special!³
I was eating alone. I ordered a 2 for 28 dollar meal so I would have e leftovers for this upcoming week. I got to the restaurant around 12:45. At 2:00 pm I am still waiting for my to-go order and for my server to take my credit card. The woman who was seated at the same time as I, has been waiting, finished with her meal, to pay her bill for one er 20 minutes. The family who came in after me left bc it took too long. I will not blame all of this on the server bc he was seated 4 tables at once and then a 6 top. I am currently STILL waiting for my server to run my CC and so is the single woman who was seated at the same time as I. This server has too many tables.
I'd pay cash and leave BUT I don't have my complete to-go order yet.
Service is fast. The food was cooked well, hot and tasty. The server was attentive and very kind. Her name was Libby. The other team members were all smiling and friendly to patrons. Good atmosphere.
Cara B. Was an amazing help. Our waitress forgot about us several times. However, Cara was such a blessing. She came to the rescue although she had tables of her own. It’s waitress’ like her that help give Applebees a good name.
