Salt block City! I hate leaving bad reviews but this has to be shared. I hope the manager sees this and pays more attention to the food that is leaving the kitchen!
First, the restaurant was not very busy but we still had to wait for them to clean a table even though there were clean tables available. The floors were super sticky as we walked to the table and as we left.
It took a very long time to get in and out. I don't know if they were under staffed or what but placing the order, getting the food, and even paying took very very long! We were there for over 2 hours.
The food looked good but was extremely salted. I am not sure how they season or at what stage of the food prep they add the salt but the seasoning was way too salty. But strange thing was that it wasn't through out the entire dish... The veggies were over salted, the garnish on top of the burger was oversalted, the buffalo sauce was way oversalted... everything, and not just 1 dish, the appetizer, the main entrees the kids meals... oversalted... Another thing with the fries, they were not fresh. They were stale and felt as if they were yesterdays fries that were reheated or if they just sat for too long and became stale. Regardless they were not good.
My wife ordered an 8 ounce stake with shrimp and sauce and she got a 6 ounce steak with no sauce or shrimp. The side mac and cheese was wrong also but we decided not to call that one out to them.
The staff was great, friendly but I just don't know if no one took pride in the service they were providing or what. We left half the food because we could not eat it.
Paying over 100$ with tip was absolutely not worth it. I hate to say I will not be going back.
After a long flight from the UK a bit of shopping and a quick stop for a drink and some food before sleeping ! What a fab place ! Service was amazing! I think our server was called Terence! Nothing too much trouble! Margarita was super good ????

What an AMAZING place. On Veteran's Day they offer a FREE MEAL to all Veteran's that come in. Way to go Applebee's! Food was good. Service was good.
Picked up dinner after a very long day at work and was pleasantly greeted by the bartender working. Thru his encouragement I sat down and order a beverage while waiting for my to-go order to be ready. Food was brought out by a male, which I assume was the manager who was very friendly and made sure my order was complete. Both made my long day a bit brighter with their friendliness.
When I finally got to eat - the food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Made me realize that ordering the food was the best decision I could’ve made.
I see why this chain restaurant is facing extinction. The service is absolutely horrible because of the lack of staff. The food is not great. I ordered a basil tomato soup which was ok but they wanted to charge me $7 for half of a small bowl(pictured). The portion of the soup was outright insulting. For $2 I could have just opened a can of tomato soup and had at least 3x the amount of soup. I ordered the kids Mac n cheese and it was dry, The 5 cheese Mac n chicken was not horrible but not that good, tasting like a regular Mac n cheese but definitely couldn't taste the other cheeses. The whisky burger was pretty good and so were the fries. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
Ribs were excellent, great drinks and lovely customer service. We received wrong starters at the beginning so we waited a bit longer than usual.
We knocked one drink by mistake and smashed the glass, the waiter was there to help straight away and brought us another drink which was very kind.
I can’t remember but I think they didn’t have great vegan options aside of sides.
We were seated immediately. The place was not crowded. The service received by our waiter was so so. He seemed to be more interested in catering to a particular group of people. The food received was very good but the waiter kept forgetting to bring certain items to us like something to eat with, ranch, water, etc! He definitely didn’t get the tip that I had initially anticipated on giving him. I will return to this location on 192 but hopefully I’ll have a better server.
