We enjoyed our experience. Good clean environment. Cece was an awesome attentive server. 50 cent boneless wings, can't beat that supper!!!
Never got a chance to eat. Checked the online, and it said there was no wait head on in. Got there at 646 ish yesterday, and there was a few minutes waiting for an employee to come to the front. She seemed very... unenthusiastic, to say the least. She advised people had signed in on line and there would be a 15 minute wait. From where we stood there was 8 or 9 open tables we could see. Bussed and ready. 3 servers stood by the door to the kitchen talking the entire time we were there. We hung out a bit after giving our name and party size. Disgruntled person walked away, servers still talking, many open tables and more parties coming in the door to join the wait.
So we left and went to olive garden and had a terrific supper
I arrived with my family at the door seen there was no greeter which was fine considering was open dining. We chose to sit on a booth. The supposed greeter and older lady look as she was having a heated conversation with another customer who walked out. Then she chooses to yells across the entire restaurant that was halfway full.. Telling us that was was going to be placed in a different area. The whole restaurant stopped and looked at us and her. I felt like a scolded child and angry. I wanted to leave from embarresment. But my family want to eat Applebee's. The bartender did not look happy. I spent $80.00 plus dollars with tip for the awesome waiter that witnessed and apologized for her rude outburst.Still disgusted from the whole experience I will go ask for my money back today.
¢.50 wings definitely was a great deal. Asked for the mushroom swiss got pepper Jack and onions for some reason. Server was ok. Asked me if I wanted a refill as he dropped the check n no silverware was on the table.
Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon for a quick bite. There was nobody in the restaurant. We ordered a salad, a chicken sandwich and chicken strips. We waited about 45 minutes for our order. The salad and chicken strips were ok but the chicken sandwich was horrible. Will not be returning.
His name is Tristan, he is our server almost every time we go to Applebees in derby. I swear this guy is the best we’ve ever encountered from any restaurant we’ve been to. He makes it a 5 star experience every time we go. I keep meaning to leave a review about him and keep forgetting. Next time you go ask to be in his section and you will not be disappointed. I hope management sees this and realizes this.
Did not get my steak right the first time. Asked for medium rare and got a charred tire. The waiter even agreed that that was far from what I asked. They got me a new and better one but it took about 20 minutes. The manager took $5 off our bill. I dont like to complain and i'm glad they did something but this seems like a weak performance and response in general. Chicken dishes were great and well cooked.
Me husband and I had date night last night and our server Tristan was beyond amazing! He took out order in s timely manner, wonderful customer service skills and our food came out hot, fresh and delicious!
