Our server was awesome, the food/drinks was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was great. All around great place to eat.
The host looked like she walked in off the street, baggy jeans and a dingy oversized tee shirt, no table pagers so guest are piled at the door for 40 minutes waiting for a table. The food comes and each dish is disgusting. I stopped eating at this chain for years and started back, it's just this location food and service needs improvement bad.
Went in with my significant other last night, and had the police called on me for sitting in the same booth as her. Tried to get one of the staffs attention to order my significant other a drink because our waitress did not know what the drink was. Significant other made eye contact and smiled at this lady after she ignored me so I went to the bar and asked a gentleman if I could get the drink brought to our table. A few minutes later I was being searched by 3 police and told that I fit the description of an anonymous tip they got that someone was holding a woman at gun point.
The man I spoke to about the drink said they didn't know anything about who called the police and the general manager didn't even come to our table to make sure we were okay. This event stressed out both my significant other and I and killed our date night. The lady whose attention I tried to get then avoided the side of the restaurant we were in so I'd say it was probably her that left the anonymous tip.
Please avoid this restaurant for date nights if you want to sit on the same side of the table as your date. $50 for applebees food is already not worth it, but it's especially not worth it when someone makes false allegations about you and ruins your meal.
To whom it may concern: I called to get one of the waiters name, because she was very nice to my family, and treated my children like her own.But the young lady that answered the phone was rude, and didn't even try to help with assisting me with that young lady that waited on us. just wanted to show my appreciation by blessing someone, but to no avail. If a person isn't on the receiving end, they go beyond their means to knock the next, and it's sad!
My husband and I went for Veterans Day ( he's retired Air Forces) and the manager was exceptional! He came to our table thanked my husband for his service, asked questions, made jokes ( really funny ) and even gave us discount cards for our next visit! We laughed so much we forgot his name!???? Black guy, small frame and long ponytail 67 year's old and handsome.???? OH and my husband meal was free!???? We had the riblet platter, and shrimp basket.????

The food came out pretty quick (they weren’t busy like they usually are when we come).
The food looked delicious and tasted like the cook cared…(see pics)
The drink from the bar was made well (House Margarita)…
We will probably pay more attention to the times we go in the future, this seemed to be the right set of circumstances out of all the times we have come.
We went in right after they opened for the day. They have really messed up their food. Whiskey barbeque burger had 0 sauce I had to ask them for it and was told they hadn't made it yet my extra hot boneless wings were really just buffalo with cayenne pepper on them. The best part of my meal was the blonde I had for dessert and my wife didn't like her lunch either except for her Caesar salad. The only handicapped stall in the men's room was broken and apparently had been that way for awhile.
The Drinks were really.good for a dollar, tipsy! The server was the bomb, loved her! The wings for 15.99 are a hell no! The looked like over cooked wind dingz, they should be priced at 8.99, other than that I loved it!! My.frinds said the salmon was really.god, and my other friend had the fiesta chicken which they both loved!!
