Came on May 10 2024, with my wife and 2 friends for dinner. I ordered the boneless wings which were top notch as I have remembered as it has been years since I have eaten at a Applebees. For my main meal I had the full rack of baby back ribs with double mashed potatoes. The ribs were perfectly cooked and couldn’t get enough. My wife ordered the quesadillas which she loved. Now everything was good food wise except a mistake made by the waitress. One of my friends has a medical problem which she specifically ordered a meal and the meal was messed up with ingredients she should not of had when told not to put it in the meal. Now with that being said she took one bite and immediately recognized the meal was not to order. The waitress did go get another one but due to the fear of the order being wrong again she did not eat the meal and was still charged. The waitress was not attentive and was a hassle to get a glass of water. I will say besides the hiccups with service the rest of our visit was enjoyable.
We went for my friends sons bday. Server was nice. Spinach dip was not hot, chips were super old. One of the meal the steak was grey!!! Should have been medium. Myself and two other had chicken( if you call rubber consumable) my friend burnt her hand on a plate and was not told it was hot!
This use to be a nice place to eat and enjoy the food! Now the drinks are gross and food is not worth giving away. Please change this!
Bourbon steak and shrimp was a little salty. Charged $4 to add cheese to my steamed broccoli. Server said side salads were $2.99 but charged $5.99. However the server did correct the prices when I brought it to their attention. Dinner was ok I just know they can do better.
Great location right at interstate 10 and hwy 85! Good booths. We had a family get together of 8 people and the too care of us. They will also adjust the TV channels to your particular sports persuasion upon asking!
The food tasted good but it gave me severe diaherra. The booth my family and I sat in was FILTHY! Wrappers, straws and other foreign objects in the crevices of the booth. Our waitress Amanda made the atmosphere feel tense. All I wanted was a simple condiment of sauce and they wouldn't provide it. Our waitress informed us that it would be a cost of $.50 per condiment. What is the point of naming condiments complementaries if they're not going to be provided? Do better.
My chicken sandwich for lunch Saturday was so hot juicy and just delicious. It was 2 meals as it was so large. Maya was a great server. I go to this location frequently and have asked for a side of mayo and have never gotten it. Maya brought it to me before the food was delivered. Friendly service and food was great.
We go often, but this was different. Food was good, server wasn’t engaging. “I don’t know was her favorite phrase”. Shopping competition next time,

Look on line at list not all appetizers are half off from 3 to 6 only a small selection at this location. I love Applebee’s, but not this location.
