Good service, and a nice location overall. Our boneless wings were good, as were the mashed potatoes... but the chicken tenders are an absolute JOKE! Not sure if it's just this location, but they look NOTHING like the ones on their menu (both in-restaurant and online), so this is blatant false advertising. They looked and tasted like something made for a 5 year old, and I've had frozen tenders that look and taste better. I can't believe they'd serve something that looks like this, honestly...
Horrible food! My steak was bland, and the two sides I ordered I had to ask for after my food was brought to my table. Once I finally got them, they were cold. The waitress had to have been taking pills. She came to my table 5 times and asked if I wanted another beer, and never brought me one. The restaurant didn't seem busy. Multiple tables were speaking to the manager about this particular waitress. I will be going somewhere else after this experience.
Would leave zero stars if that were an option.
The food was delicious. Every order was on par. Service was really good, friendly, and fast. I haven't eaten at Applebee's in over 15 years and for my first time coming back to it, I have nothing but praise for this place. My riblets were perfect, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was crunchy and juicy. The salad was amazing as well.
We went to Chili's the week before and it was awful, which my review that day reflected. I won't go into detail but we'll never go there again.
Applebee's has a great atmosphere, fair prices, friendly employees, and delicious food. I'm looking forward to our next visit and leaving there with a happy and full stomach.
Love coming here! Good atmosphere! Zeke was so good! We love to hangout, drink beer and watch football! However the manager Rocky… he was rude and mean. It seems like if you do something wrong as an employee he’ll try to embarrass you in front of everyone! :( i haven’t seen him here a bunch but other than him, it’s a cool place to chill!
Let me just say that they did well employing Emily D. She was our server on a recent visit and while dining, I noticed how she was with her other customers. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and quite vocal. We really appreciated her willingness to provide us with a great dining experience. Definitely will be back!!
First time visiting this location. Our waitress Tara was so sweet and personable, she joked around with us, which made our dinner very nice and relaxing. Our Rib platter and chicken and shrimp platter were very tasty. The atmosphere was very nice.
Food was excellent, Food service was excellent. Bar/Drink service sucks. Reordered drinks at 1/2 and 1/3 full, both glasses were emptied for more than 10 min- that's longer than 20 before refilled. Several times we drank from an empty glass or ice water waiting for refills. Bartender was waiting tables and filled in between.
Absolutely the worst service. We waited 15 minutes to even get our drink order in. The waitress came and asked if we had 2 waters then once we ordered our drinks we waited 20 mins to get our drinks and by then someone had already brought our appetizer. The table next to us had the same experience and ended up leaving. The waitress was definitely on something. Definitely not ever coming back again.
