Delicious! So good I forgot to take pictures before digging in! Everything was amazing, but best if all was our server Clayton! He was so kind and polite. Definitely the highlight of my experience here! Thank you Clayton!
The waiter was genuinely nice and full of energy. He definitely kept our attention.
Unfortunately my experience at this Applebee's location will forever live in my mind. There was a loooong wait without any check in about when the group (4) could possible be seated, given the fact that the restaurant was empty. When we were finally seated, it took 10 minutes or so to finally be greeted by our waiter Ken. Im not to sure if he was already having a rough day but his attitude was distasteful like the food we ate that night. When we finally ordered our drinks and they were being brought out to us, i saw Ken sneeze on our drinks. And he still gave it to us. I was disgusted and asked for the drinks to be remade and he started to huff and puff like the big bad wolf. Unbelievable. We then ordered our food and when he came back to serve us he smelled of cigarette smoke and was coughing very loudly OVER our food. Disgusting. One of the waitresses there addressed him about what transpired and he started to yell in her face. Now at this time there were more people in the restaurant so im sure they saw this altercation between the two. They way he disrespected, degraded, and inappropriately spoke to that woman was traumatizing and i will never eat here again. The food isnt even all that and this is the type of customer service you have to represent your establishment? Shameful. Ken needs to learn boundaries, respect, HYGIENE, and food safety. Also on my way out there was a big rat laying in the corner. Do Better.
I just want to say that this has been the best Applebees I have been to. To start the place was clean , quiet, and great location! The host was super friendly and sat us very fast. Bathrooms smelled great and were clean! Our server was phenomenal ! I hate I forgot his name! But we sat on a booth towards the left side of the building when you come in , he was a young, tall, lean gentleman. He was very patient, came to check on us the appropriate times, was on top of everything for myself and children. But to top it the food was 10/10! Everything came out hot, fresh, tasted great, from the appetizers to drinks to entrees! Everything was good! So big shout out to the chef there! I would highly recommend this location and big shout out to the manager and staff there!
Melissa made the best drinks and they were out very quickly. Katelyn gave very good service and they both deserve a raise
Adrianna Who was running the shift? Operation was fantastic. She had everything clicking like a fine oiled machine. All the staff were engaged, the facility was clean, and the service was fantastic.
The bartender Mandy was also spot on and very courteous and helpful.
Will definitely be back, the food I ordered was very good and cooked to perfection
My friends and I came here for half priced apps and drinks, and we had a great time! Colin was our server and he gave us impeccable service. Will definitely be coming back again and requesting Colin!
my boyfriend and I love to come here! The servers are always so friendly, and service is always great. However, Ken certainly is one of the friendliest servers and most attentive yet! He is super friendly and funny! Food was great as always too!
