My husband and I love this location, bartender here are top notch. Today we got to meet Ave she’s on management training and learning the bar… I can see why she’s becoming a manager!! She was amazing- she was kind, communicative, patient, attentive and all around excellent service. I’ve been in this industry over 15 yrs. Some got it and some just don’t. AVE!-that girls got it. Was beyond grateful she was our bartender today.
Also she made this bomb ass Draculas juice ???????? ????
When we were there, there was a slight wait but it was more than made up for by how well our waiter took care of us and the quality of the food. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was absolutely delectable. The chicken was moist and pulled apart with a fork and minimal effort and the shrimp complimented it perfectly. Meanwhile the garlic mashed potatoes served wonderfully to offset the slight heat from the Cajun seasonings which were exceptional. All in all we had a wonderful experience and can't wait for our next visit.
Terrible customer service, the bartender (Eric) was much more interested in doing his closing duties than servicing his customers and wasn’t willing to clean the dirty booth so that we could sit at a booth rather than a table. The burger came with literally a “spot” of sauce. Our waitress (Denise) was nice and gave a good effort of making sure we got timely refills.
Ordered online and the complete order was delivered. We were satisfied with our food, it was good. However, I was displeased when it was time to enjoy our shakes. 2 shakes were ordered. I opened the lid to remove the whipped cream from my husband's shake and 1/2 the cup was empty. The same for mine. It appears that 1 shake was made and divided into 2 cups.
I always enjoy this location, easy access from the freeway and prompt friendly service. When I requested adjustments because of dietary restrictions , Stephanie the manager would always be accommodating! The flower pots look great and the outside is a welcome to the inside atmosphere. Thank you!
i love you effie, she was an amazing and attentive server. We ended up not being totally pleased with the taste and quality of our food and she made sure we didn’t have to pay for what we didn’t like. Our drinks were never empty and she updated us about our food often which was appreciated. hopefully she’ll be a manager soon. She’s an amazing server so grateful to have been served by her.
Saturday 11:30 pm pretty good experience! First time at this location, we order the 12oz steak medium rare with broccoli, it was delicious! And also ordered the bacon ranch chicken sandwich, very good as well with some onion rings as appetizer. Overall a great late dinner after a long day for us. Thank you, Denise for a great and kind service.
The manager, Stephanie, takes pride in making sure all guests are taken care of and seems to greet most tables during their visit. She has also improved the quality of food at the restaurant. The last time we were there, it was one of the best flavored burgers we've had in a long time.
