I had previously left a bad review BUT after talking to the manager (Amanda) who was great ! I went again and everything was perfect. I was seated almost immediately and the server Caytie was on top of things, constantly checking on our table and making sure we had everything. We also had a few other servers check on the table and they were all very nice! They were organized and although there was a lot of people it was calm and clean. The food was also great! They were very accommodating when we asked for something specific. I can truly say they totally made this experience great and will be coming back and recommending to all my friends/family.
I took my mother here for the first time and she loved it! We got the fish and chips, chicken and shrimp, bbq wings, and the bourbon burger - all were amazing! Oh, I also strongly recommend the margaritas with patrón. 10 bucks but worth every penny.
Went for a surprise dinner date with my husband tonight. We come often, but I still love the place. All the staff we met were great! Cassandra (I think that was her name. I decided to make my review later in the day????) was our waitress and she was STUPENDOUS ???? She was so kind and friendly. Very easy to talk to. She treats you like family and I loved it. She checked in often and made sure that everything was alright. We had lots of laughs and conversations through our visit.
Our food was wonderful (as always.) My husband got a classic burger with onion ring (not pictured), I got a 6oz. steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, we both got lemonades (passion fruit for mine and watermelon for his), the cheese curds, then the triple chocolate meltdown (not pictured as we ordered this to go.)
My husband said his food was amazing with no complaints. Even his onion rings were fresh out of the frier and hot.
My steak was ordered rare. I personally think it was undercooked, but the flavor was amazing. Yes I know rare is not cooked for long, but I've had many rare steaks, but this one was a lot more of a dark red/purple color than normal. Again though, flavor was amazing and it wasn't cold when served to me. I tend to get Medium Rare and don't ever have this issue when I do. My potatoes were cooked wonderfully and broccoli steamed a little more than my liking but still very good with no complaints.
Our dessert from home was wonderful. Lasted well in our freezer for a few hours and still had a very nice rich chocolate flavor. The vanilla ice cream was subtle enough that it paired well with the chocolate.
Overall. I highly recommend Applebee's to eat and enjoy a nice dinner. It's amazing for a family trip, or even as an intimate date night. We sat in thr family friendly area, but there is a 21+ bar area for adults.
Phenomenal service as always, from Jenn tonight! She was attentive, talkative and knowledgeable, making me feel very welcomed as a person with autism. I've never had a bad experience in this location, like ever. The remodel is a bit on the brighter side with the lights, but it's beautiful and looks fresh.
I went in with the fam to get some grub and we met Rozz the hostess. She was very inviting and upbeat. The waitress (I think it was Natalie) was super nice and was very thorough I ordered a chicken and shrimp and it came to me sizzling. I also got some onion rangs and them cinnamon buns with the sauce. Great place would definitely recommend!
We got the ribs and they were very nice!! And the wanton tacos were delicious! The atmosphere is great as they showcase local schools and tourists attraction! Our server Keely C was super friendly and I always had a full drink and our food all came out fast and warm!!
Matila L is the best server ever! She is amazing, sweet, and a joy! She is super fast and checks on us frequently! She brightens up the whole place!
Applebee's is pretty standard wherever you go. But the employees here are top notch. Our car got hit in the parking lot and the person who damaged our car ran. But when we told the manager, Tony, he immediately went to look through video footage while we waited for police to arrive. Tony not only got it all on video, but wrote down the other drivers license plate number so when the police arrived they were able to gather all information necessary. Truly so awesome. I look forward to visiting this Applebee's again.
