You walk in and the atmosphere is not great you have 5 employees sitting around at a table. I’ve came here 2 times before and first time and got food poisoning and then the second time was terrible as well I didn’t even want to order food and left. Came here the third time and there was food on the floor. Big soap puddle in the bathroom floor and they were not clean. I walked in something sticky and now my shoes stick to the floor. None of the condiments were filled, had to grab 3 different ketchup bottles. I’m only staying because my kids want to eat or else I would’ve left already. Terrible location DO NOT RECOMMEND.
For a chain, they have a neat atmosphere that is Hot Springs themed and the dining room wraps around the bar area like a horseshoe that’s on ground level. There’s some cute window seats, booths, tables and a nice circle booth in the corner for a cozy group. They have a decent happy hour and a pretty good 2 for $25 menu. I don’t know why but this place reminds me of Chilis rougher cousin ???? I recommend the chicken wonton tacos ALL DAY. They are sweet and savory and perfect the way they are, I wouldn’t change a thing. They make for a great meal for one too. As far as entrees go, I don’t really come here for the meals much, they are so-so, I really just like the atmosphere for apps and drink specials but I definitely recommend the honey chicken Mac n cheese bowl. The bourbon chicken is good, shrimp could be better quality. The 8oz sirloin is seasoned well but make sure theres a reliable cook on duty to get your temp right- it’s an art and there’s no shame in checking with the wait staff ???? This used to be the bees knees of a place to hang out late after work, get awesome cheap appetizers and cheaper drinks (not $4 beer). I remember the good ol’ days when we called it Club Bees and would go play DJ on the digital jukebox (it’s still there, it was sadly too loud of a place to hear the song I paid for tho) and close the place down late in the night and it felt like the show Cheers. Great memories in this place of all places. It’s still a good spot, just like everything these days prices go up, the familiar faces leave, but it’s a chain so the food stays the same if you crave wonton tacos like this lady. I hope they at least don’t change that ????????????????
This is hands down one of my and my best friend favorite restaurants! Dee was amazing and so kind! Kevin also does an amazing job always bringing me cherries and giving my friends great Alcohol drinks love this place! Dee also takes time to talk with us and checks on us lots I will be back and asking for these two! Thank you Dee and Kevin for the amazing experience!
My boys ask specifically for Applebee's on this trip, so away we went...they love the boneless wings and I love that Whiskey Bacon Burger, YUM!! Service was really good and the food hit the spot!! Its hard to beat Applebee's, youre surrounded by TVs and sports then their Whiskey Bacon Burger!!! oh man!....We cant wait for the all you can eat boneless wings to come out!! Wished they kept it all year long, but if not for all year, maybe 1 day of the week??
LEE HAS THE BEST SMILE EVER! BEST SERVICE! She quick and attentive. She will always get you everything you need. Her mixed drink are A1 no steak sauce
I've given this location several tries in the past year or so, today is the last , I ordered a rib platter, and a 2 for $25 meal. One of my meals were not in the bag, so i had to go back in ti get it.The rib platter was a child serving, I called the location to let them know and the manager said they serve the riblets by weight not by bone, it should be 10 ounces for the plate and 16 ounces for the platter, thankfully I have a food scale and could weight it myself I had 6.2 ounces of riblets, 3 small bones, the guy kept laughing like I was pranking him but I felt the prank was on me I paid for the food tipped and all but did not receive what I paid for, of course he said my next riblet platter would be free but what about the ribs I had a craving for today, ugh I'm so disappointed
The waiter was super nice and kept checking to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious ????. Wow, so good !!! I would definitely recommend it ????????
Considering they do not have their liquor license, but are still maintaining a full complement of employees, the bathrooms and resturaunt should be immaculately clean, again the newer generation workforce have little to no ethics of pride in work, it is not limited to this store obviously. Businesses should hire 40+ yr olds to return quality of service to America again.
