Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was awesome!
This is a place where you can get extremely tasty food, juicy, and full of flavors. Of course anything that is not a stake or a burger had quite some amount of sauce which is what gives them flavor. The steak is very juicy and fulfilling, the mash potato super creamy, the salad was extremely good, it’s a really good vegetarian version without the chicken of course, cheese sticks super stretchy and creamy, and best of all the re-fillable drinks! If you are coming from Europe, Asia , or Latin America just a heads up on the pepper and salt heavy.
I was very surprised things were excellent the food was perfect the service was very friendly and helpful a little bit slow on getting our order but it wasn't that bad we will definitely be back thank you for giving us such a great experience
We ordered a delivery service through a third party. Unfortunately half of our was forgotten. When I called, the members of staff I spoke to were apologetic and gave me options on how to move forward. Their on shift manager, Maddie, delivered the rest of our order. I appreciate the effort taken to rectify a mistake that was not there's (bags were labeled, delivery person did not check). Thank you!!
Amazing food and service!! Waitress was super nice and super understanding. For my first time there I’m very impressed. Atmosphere was a little funky but probably because we were in Lompoc…???? Also!!! I love these pay systems, they’re the BEST.
It was an exquisite meal, a piece of sirloin and a delicious onion soup, the whole family was really satisfied. Nice people staff.
The hostess and my waitress were very accomadatng t my wants . They were very polite and friendly ,even when my lunch was spiled by the company i was in ,the waitress was nice enough to bring me my To go plates when she saw that I was gathering my things heading for the door,nt finishing my meal.she gave me the plates to take my lunch with me . I'd definitely go back to Applebee's.. thank you ladies
Only liked the blue raspberry Rainbow Lemonade I got. The whiskey burger I got was sickening sweet for the toppings and the patty was bland. Very disappointed with it, and I'd had the whiskey burger at other Applebee's before and loved it. The brisket quesodilla appetiser I got was tiny, definitely barely shareable as an appetizer, and not that great tasting either, flavor didn't seem right.
The food was good and no issues with wrong orders. The staff was friendly, but the service was slow.
I ordered again as a pick up order and the meat was cooked different than I ordered. Downside of pick up orders is that you can't have it corrected quickly as when you're dining in. The rest of the food had no issues.
