Was here Halloween night for dinner and drinks. We ordered beef Nachos, Boneless wings and Dollar Margaritas. The food and drinks were good. I didn’t care for the waitress but the girl bringing the food out was very nice.
I had lunch here today and it was so good! My server Amy was the sweetest and everything went so well. Me and my kids eat here all the time and every time the workers are so sweet and the food is so good. Highly recommend if you’re looking to eat in the area.
I strive to only post reviews when I can award a five-star rating, as I believe everyone can have an off day. However, my recent experience at this restaurant was exceptionally poor, and not the first time I've received subpar service. Despite this, I was disappointed when my wife's steak arrived undercooked, and it took chasing down a manager to have it recooked. Unfortunately, it arrived 15 minutes after our party had finished eating. While the manager apologized, no discount was offered, which was surprising given the severity of the mistake. In my experience, other restaurants would have comped our meals to ensure customer satisfaction. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this establishment.
Anthony took great care of us! It is refreshing to get great customer service. We came in for the half priced appetizers after 9pm and the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings. He kept the refills of drinks and food coming and went above and beyond to take care of our table. If you're here on a Friday or Sunday evening ask for Anthony!
We visited Applebees on Halloween night. The restaurant was pretty full. There was even a party. The waitress/bartender was very busy. Maybe somewhat overworked. She did a great job of checking on her tables and putting in orders not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. We had the nachos and they were picture perfect. The kitchen runner even joked with us saying they are definitely worth a picture. We also had a couple of dollaritas to accompany. After 9pm certain appetizers were half off so we got an order of boneless wings. They were very good. Our overall experience was good. The Halloween decorations made it festive.
We stopped in for an early lunch on Saturday and got there about 11:30 but by noon it was getting crowded. Our server Paula H took great care of us. I ordered my usual, the Sampler and my beau ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Food was good - cheeseburger was cooked to perfection, however mozzarella sticks were crispy but needed another minute for cheese to melt, the tortilla chips were too salty, spinach dip was runny this time but normally isn’t. Boneless wings and quesadillas were spot on!
Service was great and food came out fast. I was starvin! My server Gia was the sweetest bless her heart!! She gave great recommendations, our pretzels and beer cheese were delish???? licked the plate clean!!????????
