We stopped by a little after 2 so they wasn't super busy. And everything.... food, atmosphere and the service was great. Our waitress was top notch and attentive to all her guests. Now over the years we've been here usually curbside to go and the service was nothing special whatsoever. But dining in was excellent for a nice sunny day.
I had been craving a steak all week! My wife and I placed a Togo order at the bar inside and was never asked what kind of salad dressing or sides with our meals. After getting home I noticed my steak was not prepared like I wanted, which was medium well and I did not want the sides that came with it. I wanted double fries. No dinner that night. I returned the meal with receipt the next day for a remake with sides I wanted. I cut the steak once down the middle in the restaurant and It seemed to be as I wanted it. When I got home and cut the steak up I found it was worse than the first one I just returned. It seems the cook is not checking the internal temperature (150°-155° for medium well) since the steaks are cut very thick. I left a detailed message for the manager to call me back since I work 70 hours a week and after 3 days and no response all I could do was leave this review.
Why not rate the entire Montgomery trifecta of Applebee's? This is my second favorite. I still love Applebee's for a rounded affordable meal and I do like the cocktails. Tonight I had a rack of ribs with fries and a couple cocktail Bacardi buckets. Service was great, shout out Brianna. Ignored how sticky that menu was though lol.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. The service was absolutely terrible. My wife order a drink and didn't receive it on the 40 minutes for dinner due to the bar tender being on break the entire time. She rolled her eyes and mad snobby comments multiple times when asked about items on the menu. The food was ice cold and tasted like cardboard. The blatant disrespect from the entire staff when asked if I could simply get a water due to my waitress not filling it a single time over the entire meal. The cherry on top was the other customers were allowed to scream and yell at one another for 30 minutes straight without anyone asking them to have any level of respect for the rest of the restaurant. This experience will make me never come back to any Applebees.
I usually dine in , but this particular night I ended up ordering it from uber eats and the rice was hard and crunchy and the meat was not fully cooked . The uber eats gave me a refund and I reported it to the manager but I was still upset because I’m pregnant and hadn’t been to the grocery store to be able to cook that night.
My bread was too hard to eat. My shrimp was cold, and my salad was brown....I did not enjoy this visit at all.... very disappointing.
Good’T food! Ion know who you prepared this today but it’s REAL GOOD! I give them a 15/10 highly recommended! Everything is superb!
The Food Was Hot And Freshly Made. Our Server Was Jasmine H., And She Was Outstanding. We Didn't Have To Wait Long On Anything And Cudos To The Cook. I Had The Fries And The Cheeseburger, Which Both Were Very Flavorful And My Wife Had The Chicken Nachos, And They Were Made To Perfection. We Really Enjoyed Our Lunch And We Will Most Definitely Be Back, Thanks Jasmine H. For Your Outstanding Service, We Really Appreciate Great Service With An Awesome Atmosphere At The Corner Of Zelda Road And Vaughn Road Here In Montgomery, Alabama.
