Excellent waitress. Food was good. Requested well done burger but got pink in the center. Mistakes happen at times but we all should learn from them. They were good enough to reimburse us for that meal. Manager was very polite and courteous. Recommended this casual dining place to others.
I don't really like to give poor reviews, but this one is unavoidable. So we went to this Applebee's twice in Yuma on back to back Saturdays for dinner. The first time we sat in the bar area on a high top 4 in our party . The bartender waited on us. The service started out okay until the meals started coming. Two of the meals were super delayed. So our parties were eating at different times. Finally had to ask the bartender what the holdup was on getting the rest of the food. She said that the kitchen was just busy. Okay. Food finally came and that one person got to eat. Poor customer service. The next weekend we came there. We sat in a booth. Our waitress was kind of argumentative about not allowing substitutions on the menu. The food did not come out as expected. This Applebee's is just different than others. It seems like customer service is not a big concern here. Finally flagged someone down to get our check after waiting. This time the food almost came out at the same time. Except for one person in our party. That was a skillet and it came out extremely late and the rest of us were almost done eating. The food was tasty and good Applebee's quality. We liked the food but not the service. Should have gone to the roadhouse. I won't make that mistake again . I would not recommend this Applebee's.

Good food. But I do not think it was worth the price. I guess I was paying for atmosphere.
First off, seating is uncomfortable, the booth we sat at, was like a big sinkhole -- sitting on the wood supports. JOY! The atmosphere was bad, poor lighting...very dark... We got the bacon burgers ... Was ok, but to be brutally honest, I think I'd have had better luck @ carl Jr next door. The water was straight from the pipe, Yuma water is nasty, so we ordered beer's (came in a can (no glass)). Not sure what happened to this chain, but won't be coming back. The service was just so...so, we got asked 3 times if we were ready to order while still looking at the menu...and lucky the screaming baby a few tables down was done eating and left after we sat down.
Absolutely love the 2 for $25 you get an appetizer and 2 entrees ???? And really good selection of entrees to choose from!
We had the artichoke dip appetizer with chips ???? My boyfriend got the chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo and I got the 6 oz sirloin steak ????, which was juicy and very tasty.
I was looking forward to the dessert…chocolate molten cake ???? which was amazing. Highly recommended.
Friendly service and frequent attention from our server ???? All around good experience.
I loved the blackened samon. The seating and service was fast, and the arrival of the food to the table was fast. They werent empty, they were just efficient. They practiced social distancing and even had X's on the sidewalk outside to remind people to respect others space. However i think i am just blessed lately to keep running into friendly respectful people because there was no issues, just a pleasant dinner out ????
there were only two tables including mine, it wasn't busy and I was finished with my food but it took half an hour for the server to get my check (after I asked). other staffs don't even look at my way so I can't ask them, food was good but the service is meh. I won't come back to this place????
We were staying in town one night decided to grab a light dinner there it was absolutely perfect
