Chicken fingers and fries were ok, green beans were awful (taste, texture and temperature). Charged extra for bbq sauce instead of mustard. Service was great, not too crowded for Sunday lunch.

We came tonight for Veterans day and they were so busy. But everyone was working so hard. The manager was bussing tables and just seemed like the kind of manager you'd be proud to work for because he isn't just hiding in the back. Cassandra was our server and she was so sweet and professional. We really enjoyed our food and will definitely be back even if it isn't free.
Jess Robert's (manager) should be fired very unprofessional.
*update I was throwing up about an hour later after the incident and had to be hospitalized, check your food!!
I Found a dead fly in my mashpotatoes while eating and simply showed my server without causing a commotion. And just told him I didn't want them. He then went to show the manager on duty, Jess Roberts.
She came out and approached me in a hostile manner. Saying "what?" As if I were an employee here.
I told her to calm down and that I wasn't asking for a refund I simply said I didn't want the mash potatoes. That was very unprofessional and she should be fired. My server was very professional and did the right thing.
I normally eat here a few times a month but never again.
Also I still tipped my server.
I will be calling corporate and making a complaint.
10/05/24 we arrived at 1:15pm. Establishment was by no means busy. Waitress was super slow. Nothing was a priority. I ordered the Bourbon street steak cooked medium. It was brought out rare. The kitchen recooked a new steak and it was correct second time. I was finished eating before my drink was refilled. My wife ordered a Blondie for dessert. It took a ridiculous long time. Service was super slow. We were there for two hours. We enjoy the food but the service is always a concern at this particular location. This isn’t the first time we have had issues and we have avoided dining at this particular location on several occasions because of the lack of service.
Went to dine in at the bar a few days ago and my experience was great! Our bartender was Rochita and she made sure we had the best service. Food and drinks came out quick and they were great. Will be returning soon to see her! :)
Drinks were not refilled. Hostess seemed irritated. Appetizer was cold, chips were stale. Food was cold. Service sucked so badly we’re sitting here paying looking for another restaurant for desert. Will not waste another dollar here! It’s crazy how we work hard to make the money. Go to places to spend our hard earned money to deal with the bottom of the customer service barrel. It’s sick. I have so much more to say but I’m far too disappointed so I’ll end this here.
Went in today to celebrate Veterans Day. I sat at the bar an order food and drinks. My server Ms. Rochita was the best. she didn’t miss a beat.My drinks was just like I liked them, the food was good and hot. Overall everything was 10/10!
