Terrible service. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time at every part of the meal. Could not get any kind of attention from the server from the drinks though to the check. When the salads finally came, still had to wait maybe 10 minutes for the server to bring silverware. The main meal came almost at the same time as the salad and even before the silverware finally arrived. Over two hours to get out of there. Will not be back.
Will not be coming back here. Our waitress acted like she didn't know what she was doing and only had 2 tables to wait on with 2 people at them. Our waitress ran into the height chair that was at our table with a child in it. Just completely clueless. If you get her, I recommend asking for someone else. My sister got soup that came out ice cold. I got a burger and the picture was what it looked what. Never going back. Over priced as well. $h!t place and service.
Rude manager, terrible customer service, waiter by the name of Nate got my drink wrong and after 25 minutes of waiting I didn't get the appetizer but I had to pay $20 in order to leave. The manager ran my card and bagged up: 1 piece of celery. 5 boneless wings with no sauce, 4 of the 50¢ mozzarella sticks, 3 floppy pieces of a tortilla and a separate container of 7 tortilla chips
I won't go to Muskegon Applebee's again anytime soon. 20 mins to get our 1st pop, 25 mins to get our only alcoholic drink, 30 mins to get our kids 2 drinks. Server blamed it on not having cups washed, and the bartender being busy. Mind you she didn't come tell us that, I had to go hunt her down at that 20 minute mark. The restaurant was not busy, but the staff still couldn't handle it. We ordered the kids food right away and at the 45 min mark they brought out 2 kids meals, and of course 1 was the complete wrong meal, so my daughter had to wait again. We never got the chance to get a refill of my soda or Kara's mix drink because the server just never came backout. Another waitress brought us our bill after I went to the hostess stand and asked for it. The table next to us, got their meals after an hour and a half, and waited 20 mins for silverware. The table behind got 2 pops and 1 appetizer and it took them a hour and a half, so they never ordered anything else either. Should have left after 20 mins of waiting, but I had to hungry kids who wanted food, and we had just come from a dance recital.
Had a late dinner with my husband. Ordered the classic combo for appetizer, wanted honey bbq wings and we got Buffalo. Our appetizer and entree came out at the same time. We were told that there was a lot of to-gos and the kitchen was barely catching up, which within the 20 minutes we were there before we put in our order there had been 1 Togo. Was told my plate was very hot and it was actually luke warm. Meaning it was under the heating lamps for who knows how long, the sauce was thick like it had been cooked for too long, it took us a whole hour and a half to be there. Took 10 minutes for our server to actually take our payment, 30 for the appetizer/entree, over all was very disappointing and I will not be going back to this location. I haven’t had this issue at Applebees in a very long time, very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Considering it was a late dinner it was quite slow & our waitress Chelsea was maybe pleasant but, extremely slow, charged us for a lemonade that my son never received. We made her aware of it. She apologized & said she'd fix it. But, after getting the new receipt we were still charged for it. Extremely disappointed ???? Idk if maybe she was new. Either way not sure if & when we'll be back
Our waitress, Nichole, was a sweetheart! However, our food was awful. The fish & chips were dark brown because the oil needed to be changed. The ribs were nothing special & cold! Management needs some quality control & a conscience!
The server by the name of Jess doesn’t prioritize her tables. She cares more about helping the bartender when the bartender is more than capable of doing her own job if not there’d be two bartenders and enough servers to manage their tables. I’m sure Applebees wouldn’t make a server be a bartender at the same time I’d know because I’ve worked here before serving is a job that keeps your hands full as it is. Bartender had to order our order and my girl didn’t even get the salad she asked for. pick a position and stay in it. The heavier set guy that used to be manager is way better than this tall curly haired noob. Should come out and introduce yourself as well to customers and ask how the food is and if there any improvements that can be done. worst visit yet. Oh and we couldn’t even say that we got the wrong salad because nobody has barely been near us or the table that’s behind us. congratulations you earned yourself no tip????
