Food and service were great and super fresh. Went there for the first time in years for the big meal deal. Hope they end up keeping it on the menu 'cause we'd love to know it's available for a more affordable dining in experience!
The server I had was just phenomenal! Best description, hands down. She was consistent, professional, welcoming, friendly, informative, attentive, and simply put - embodied great customer service. I went late evening after work with minimum expectations. The place was busy - running a special and it was a Friday night, I believe. I got the last available booth. So I didn't expect much since it was crowded. She knocked it out of the park. I won't say she went out of her way to do anything extra special. It was just that the total service experience and delivery on her end was what customer service used to be and should be again. Shame on me that I didn't get her name, but I tiped much higher than 20% for sure. I'd go back any day to have her as the service attendant. Kudos.
It was terrible. The waitress was unattentive and quickly became irritated when my sister wanted to return her salad as she said the ranch dressing tasted spoiled. Our main dishes weren't any better. Her steak was drenched in pepper, the broccoli was undercooked and he mashed potatoes were dry and left mostly uneaten. My chicken and broccoli Alfredo barely had any Alfredo, it was more like butter noodles and they were overcooked. This was not a pleasant experience.
Food was good service was great ! But asked for more if secluded area they had done sections closed we couldn’t even sit in bar area it was closed off , was set by a large table of teenagers who cussed and was very loud our whole meal time we ate quickly and left , disappointed, and also that half price apps is only after 9 pm
Okay, I have to say that this was my best dining experience in a long time because we had the BEST WAITRESS- Somebody needs to give ZAKARI G. a raise because she's phenomenal!
Met up with a old time friend (we've know each other for 22+ years) to eat dinner and catch up and we were literally at the restaurant talking for like 4 hours.
Zakari was attentive and so sweet the whole time- she had great food recommendations (the molten lava cake for dessert that she thought we would like was delicious ????). I cannot say enough good about her and the food- thank you for making our night so memorable and we will 100% aak for your section next time we come.
Food was ok and price for food was ok food was just as expected nothing to write home about good or bad. The only thing was server was often simply elsewhere never got drink refills for any of the party
Our family frequently travels to this location for lunch/dinner on a monthly basis. The restaurant is generally kept very clean, staff is friendly, service is fairly quick, and food is up to quality standards. We have had a few minor issues with food made incorrectly in the past. However, the issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Another plus for this restaurant is they often have food/drink specials for a good price!
