We were a little concerned coming here considering some of the previous reviews about the service here. I'm glad I can put in this good review.
They were training a new guy who was our primary server. Donnie was training him and they both did great. My drink didn't even get half empty before I got a refill sat down on the table. Food came out hot and quickly. Really good experience.
New Review: took our grandma out to lunch for her 102nd birthday and she picked Applebees. We had the absolute BEST experience and BEST customer service. You went above and beyond and we were are ao very grateful! Amazing staff ❤️

Me and my husband were here a couple weekends ago. And I must say everything was absolutely terrible. Server wasn't very friendly. The bar was clean from what I seen where we were sitting. But as far as our table. They clearly cleaned the table top but left the floor underneath it untouched. There was a bunch of trash, old hamburger. And to top it all off the food wasn't fresh. And the ceiling tiles and vents were all black. They clearly don't clean them. Who knows what went on in the kitchen but i was not happy with the food. Did you know that pregnant women (me) are at greater risk for food born illnesses. And sure enough I did feel sick after words. Yall need to hire better people. Get housekeeping. Better kitchen people. Better management. For godsakes hire people that care about the customers.
If you ask me doesn't even deserve a rating. Lowest, dirtiest, most atrocious Applebee's I've ever been at.
If yall don't care about cleanliness than it's obvious yall don't care about the customers.

Qasidia chicken salad was fantastic ???? ???? ????, friends ordered grilled chicken and veggies, all very good.
We sat at the bar,and our young bartender seemed very distracted, totally forgot my drink and kept disappearing, and another male bartender, who was attentive helped Us till she would show back up, her mind and worries were not on the customers ????
Drove from an hour away to meet here to celebrate a family member's birthday, and we were very disappointed with the service we received. Going out to eat as a family is very expensive nowadays, to be receiving such poor service. My fiance and I arrived and it took much too long for the waitress to come by to ask about drinks. Then she must have forgotten, and it took another 10 minutes for her to come back with our waters. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon, so not very busy at all. When the food came out, there was an extra entree brought out that we sent back, as we did not order it. When the check came, we kindly pointed out the extra entree that we had been charged and the waitress came over and questioned us about the food we received and made a comment along the lines of, "well that's what I wrote down" ...but at least the manager was able to take it off. If our waitress had come by at all, she would have seen herself what was actually eaten by our family. When our waitress brought out the new check she practically tossed it on the table. She came by to pick up our card and to bring it back, each time we thanked her, and she would leave without a word. She had been very short with us/unwelcoming the entire time, and rude towards the end. I would have preferred to leave her no tip at all, but we can't bring ourselves to do that. Very disappointed.
Heaven and Troy are out of this world with their customer service. We will be back!
Always usually quick and friendly staff. The food is 90% cooked to perfection.
They always have great Salmon, I found by adding the honey bbq to the fish adds a whole new flavor that leaves the mouth wanting more.
Their ribs are always succulent and falls off the bone when you eat it just right, Bare hands................the Spinach Artichoke cheese dip is a good appitizer to go with the Fish, or the chicken.
During day shift hours I've gotten best service and food quality..
