Disappointed that I come in to get something to eat and food comes out faster then the drinks. After the drinks were served the server didn't even bother to pour the drink or anything like that and left the entire shaker there so that my guest could pour her own drink. Ended up using pepper and since I didn't bring my glasses, something fell into my food. I took it out and thought I saw something come out crawling. Since I didn't see it I checked the salt shaker and there was a live spider to come out. Showed our server as the spider lowered itself and she was claiming to my face that they always clean very well until she saw the spider coming down from the salt shaker and she was silent. I wasn't asking for an argument, I was making an observation. Didn't even apologize. Not sure what cleaning standards they have here...
Good food but lacked on service. Not a busy night and we had to wait under 15 minutes just for our drinks. Another 25 for our appetizers another 30 for the food to come out. I waited for another drink and noone around to help. And when i did ask for the drink they took long with that so i asked for my bill and just after that my drink was brought in ????
Food is reasonably priced. Good lunch specials. Food is decent. Appetizers are the only vegetarian options. Place does not accommodate to customers dietary needs. No substitutions allowed in your meal.
Went on Veterans Day with my dad. My dad was offered if he wanted an additional tea, but my wife and I were not offered, and there was an upcharge for a salad my wife and I got. The waitress didn't tell us about the uncharge. Food was good.
Once ur parking, it actually looks abandoned. Grass is high, plants need water and it looks very old. Nothing like the first pic here. Food was just ok, started to get upset stomach. I ordered the sample platter for bout $17. The artichoke dip was less than room temps just like the boneless wings. Too many flies as well. The owner here should have the motivation to make the outside look more presentable and the food warmer. I’ll still pick Chile’s than here. But that’s my Rancho Laredo no motivation on keeping things nice n inviting. Time to Step Up Apple Bee’s! B nice on you alls comments….
Very nice. Place felt fresh, table was clean. Sat us in a great spot. Appetizer tasted great. Drinks were cold. Waitress was very sweet. No complaints from our visit here.
I was in the mood for a hamburger and I knew from past experience that Applebee's burgers were small and I hate small burgers.
Anyway, I didn't have a say where to have dinner and I ended up here.
Sure enough their largest double meat burger was unbelievably small, slightly larger than a biscuit. It was also burnt, despite asking for it to be cooked medium.
I will gladly take a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe from McDonald's any day over an Applebee's burger.
Aside from this the service was great, fast and friendly.
The atmosphere, not so much, the music was too loud and to make matters worse it was all hip-hop.
This place looks abandoned!!
Theres tiny cockroaches next to tables and in the restrooms!
Theres spider webs all over the ceilings????
Not pleasing to go eat at again...
sorry but all other fast food chains are way way cleaner than that!
Food is to expensive to be eating like that????
