If there were an option for zero stars, that is exactly what your establishment would deserve. My recent dining experience was nothing short of appalling.
We ordered our meat cooked medium, but what was served to us was burned and inedible. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress, she informed the manager. However, the manager did not have the courtesy to come to our table to address our concerns, which left us feeling ignored and disrespected. This was an insult and showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability.
This experience not only ruined our family dinner but also cost you a customer. I will be sharing this negative experience with others and will not recommend your restaurant to anyone. Please remember that word of mouth carries significant weight in the restaurant business, and this incident will not be easily forgotten
Makenize is the best bartender! Our food was fast and good too. It's our go-to for date night in lil ol Garden City.
We had a party of 8 and a lot of things were messed up from a different waiter. Evan stepped up and became our server. He did a fantastic job of sorting our table out. Very pleased!
It was not busy, I was seated immediately. Friendly service- offered me drink specials to start. Also offered appetizers. I ordered the salmon and would recommend to others if you like salmon. It was done well and melted in the mouth. I had a side of onion rings which were crispy hot and stayed crispy to the end unlike some. Server was extremely attentive but unobtrusive which I appreciated. Restaurant was clean and every direction I looked had a tv with sports of some kind playing. Did not care for the country music playing over the speakers but that’s just my taste in music. Was not too loud. I’d recommend this restaurant for a delicious well served meal.
What an amazing service, I was quickly sat down and given the specials by the server (Jess talked to me normally not just as a paying customer). I ordered the limited edition mountain dew & water and Jess made sure I was never empty. The pasta and honey chicken was so sweet and could've added a little heat to balance it out. The bacon cheese waffle fries had a blue moon infused sauce which made them delicious. 10/10 no complaints from me.
I had the chicken wontons, they were delicious! My mate had the tex mex shrimp salad, very good! And the blonde brownie topped off the meal ????
Our server was on top of things and very friendly, and brought a refill before it ran out. Very nice!
Great service from Nayeli! She was cheerful and helpful. I leave this on the feedback survey or the website, but they both keep freezing up.
We were traveling through and my husband wanted a sit-down restaurant. Our area Applebee's have been disappointing, but we gave tha Garden City location a chance. Everyone liked their food and we had great service!
terrible. i walk in the host points at the bartender and says "talk to her" about a pick up order. the manager is the furthest thing from professional how did THAT guy get promoted? the food was terrible. i actually had food poisoning from it. AVOID this place.
