I can’t thank your staff enough for being so nice! After I ran into nearby Lowe’s, my elderly mom wanted a bite to eat so I placed a curbside order here. When we arrived, she had to use the ladies room and I stayed outside with our little dog. A server kindly brought the food out as I waited for my mom to exit. The next thing I see is another server coming out, holding the door for my mom. That would have been a nice enough gesture but this lady went above and beyond! She came over to the car, opened the car door for my mom and then put the two canes my mom uses in the backseat for us! Thank you! We’ve never been to this Applebees before but we’ll definitely be back and stay awhile! Oh! And P.S. my mom loved her sandwich and fries too!
Most friendly and attentive staff! They make the atmosphere so comfy like home! It's hard to decide what to eat sometimes because everything is amazing! Always get the spinach artichoke dip because, YES! Drinks are amazing ????
Just to go alone, with a friend or with the whole family I have never left disappointed! 10 stars ????

Our waitress Crystal C. was working hard. The food was great. We never had to search for our waitress she was fast friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave us our military discount without us asking. We will be back. Thanks again Crystal C. for helping us have a good night out!!!
I give the actual other staff and food 5 star but the ONE star is for crystal. I have had multiple encounters with her on the phone and in person and she is RUDE and unprofessional. She's so bad for your business. She has an excuse for everything and never gives the manager our information when we wanted to talk to them. I've watched her treat others the same way in the restaurant. I do not know why she is still there. I had curbside pick up this week and called to just let them know I was there because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to call and check in and it was 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, she told me " okay, well we don't have cameras out there, that far down" as I was literally staring at the camera directly in front of me on the corner of the building. And what would it matter anyways if you have 6 designated spots for curb side, you should be able to see your curbside spots anyways. Crystal-- learn professionalism and kindness, you dont need an excuse, a simple- it will be out in a minute would have been sufficient. You probably would make more money.

We had a great experience at this location on Halloween! It was fun seeing the staff dressed up. Gel was our server and was in great spirits and was a joy to have helping us. Would highly recommend the Halloween themed drink buckets!
Crystal G was an amazing bartender! They were setting up Christmas, chatting, and really creating the experience! The three cheese chicken penne pasta was amazing! I recommend getting extra Alfredo on the side! I had a house strawberry margarita and it was AWESOME! She made it literally perfect to my liking!!! No one has done that yet! Really had a great time and loved it! Thanks Crystal! Greatest customer service in awhile!
- Our server (someone named Sharon? We don’t know) was awful. She ignored us for another table and only gave one of us our drink after telling the other person I was with that they didn’t have her kind of margaritas in the bucket; that’s fine, we could substitute. However, she then walked away before we could fix that order.
- She only gave us one of our plates, another server followed her after a few minutes to give us our other two. She had very little knowledge of the menu and kept having us repeat ourselves, loudly going “WHAT?”
- My French Onion Soup made me feel sick. I used to work here and it genuinely made me feel ill after eating it today. I am not lactose intolerant or allergic to any ingredients.
- She took a plate from another server (without telling them) to give to the table in front of us. The other server came up so confused and wasted some of her time finding a plate that was already delivered, awful communication.
- She was giving people their change and loudly yelled “(BARTENDER NAME), YOU SHORTED ME A DOLLAR!” This disrupted our dining experience and frightened the table’s child into crying.
- She took 20+ minutes to get our to-go order of a simple salad during a very slow hour.
- She sat next to a customer at the bar and spoke for about twenty minutes while we waited for our drinks that she wouldn’t deliver.
- She acted buzzed, being very loud and rather unprofessional.
- She ate in front of customers and just sat at one of the tables eating. We were still waiting for our check for 20+ minutes.
- She stood in front of a TV and just watched it for 10+ minutes.
- The other servers and host were fine, they were all very lovely and friendly to us. However, this lady (Sharon? Or similar?) acted extremely unprofessionally. She didn’t even have a name tag - we only knew her name because another server reminded her to serve us!
- There was one waitress - Gel(?) - who was particularly kind to us. She offered to get our check for us and relay our bad experience with management. I wish her the best with her work! :)
So I asked the manager to sing Happy Birthday to someone for their birthday she said sure but never did so I asked someone else to do it your manager then came out and was very rude about it and said we don't do that unless you buy a desert I've been coming here a lot of years and never been told that you have to buy a dessert for them to sing Happy Birthday to you. So I offered to pay for a desert I've been sitting here 10 minutes and it still hasn't happened. Your manager name tonight is SarahThabka Sarah we tried to do something nice for our neighbor who's birthday it was. If I needed to buy a dessert all you had to do in the first place is say that. But the way you came out and said it and handled it was very unprofessional. We left and she never got Happy Birthday song to her. We are Thursday regulars and the way you treated us was ridiculous. For being known as the Neighborhood that was not very Neighborly
