Was seated quickly but had to wait a very long time on drinks due to only having one bartender, and she had tables to wait on as well. Ordered off the 2 for 28 menu ordered cheese to go on the broccoli. Waitress said it would be an upcharge for cheese. Also ordered loaded mash, which she said would be an up charge as well. When I received the bill, it was definitely an up charge of 3.99 for the cheese and another 3.99 for the loaded mash. They charged like it was ordered as an extra side. That definitely should have been communicated better. For $4, I should have gotten the entire bag of cheese.

Tina was our server on Veterans day and she was amazing. she treated us with dignity and respect. just a great server Tina Anderson!!!
I also want to mention Ty he was so helpful and polite! They are great people at the moultrie, ga store. we will return because of the great food and the Excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Applebee's Grill + Bar in Moultrie, GA, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Tye and Candice. From the moment we walked in the door, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home.
We was tired, dealing with the damage to our hone in gray city. We stopped to get food to take to the room and relax. We got to our room ready to eat and what we opened up was horrible. The chicken severally over cooked, the hamburger looked like a hockeypuk and the noodles had no sauce. Yall should be ashame of yourself for the poor food quality that came out that kitchen. Fire the chef is my recommendation. Totally horrible
The hostess was pleasant and Clarissa, our waitress was great. She checked on us three times and wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Food was excellent. A definite return.
Great teamwork atmosphere. Clarissa and her colleagues seem to all get along and work together to take care of their customers. It’s a good atmosphere when staff get along and provide quality customer service. Always have positive experiences here. Good portions and quality for price.
