The tilapia was seasoned greatly and the broccoli was wonderful also. The waitress was also great. The food took a while but it was worth it. This was 2:00 in the afternoon. I enjoyed my meal

I frequently dine at Applebee's or similar for food consistency and atmosphere.
I honestly admit that this Applebee's does everything correctly.
From opening the door upon arrival to the outstanding service, they live up to the "Neighborhood Grill and Bar." I felt at home immediately.
Carl, the manager, introduced himself and asked if there was anything that I needed. Another layer of friendly customer service.
If you're a traveler or a local, I would highly recommend a visit.

I came here to celebrate my cousin’s promotion recently. I was very skeptical of it here because of past experiences in different Applebee’s locations especially service wise. This one experience has made me change my views and I have our server to thank for that. Our waitress, Shabrina T was nothing short of amazing. Shabrina was so kind to us, and extremely patient, especially with my two older parents. She spent additional time with us reviewing the menu, and even suggested some of her favorite drinks and dishes. Shoutout to her for introducing me to the “Perfect Patron Margarita” it was so delicious! I normally do not leave reviews but Shabrina was such a great server I knew I had to. Overall I would give my experience here a 10/10 thanks to Shabrina. Will definitely be coming back to this Applebee’s location!!!!
We love visiting here. The food and mixed drinks are delicious. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I love eating at the bar, so I have met a few of their bartenders.

I recently visited Applebee's and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences I've encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were left waiting for 15 minutes without even a glimpse of our server. It felt like we were forgotten.
When our server finally did appear, it took an eternity for our food to arrive. The wait was excessive, and I couldn't help but feel frustrated as other tables who arrived after us were served first.
The lack of attention and responsiveness from the staff was disappointing. Applebee's should take a long, hard look at their service standards because this experience was far from acceptable. They should be embarrassed about this level of service!
The manager (Theresa C.) and our server (Stephanie C.) helped to ensure that our experience at this restaurant was excellent from arrival through payment. Truly good people, friendly atmosphere, so accessible. And, my 9yo lost his watch - an hour later we realized and called. They had found and held it for us and we picked it up a bit later. So very grateful for this team, really appreciate you all :)
the manager will is always a joy who knows the food in and out. i used to come here from time to time but recently it’s been much more than usual and each time his recommendations are spot on. great location, fast service, great drinks!!!
