Everyone was wonderful, very nice and kind. The food was absolutely amazing cooked perfectly. The skillet was still sizzling when we got our food. It was very quickly prepared as well, which is rare. Thank you Pedro you are a wonderful server.
The parking lot was full, but, i walked in and there was no line, just a really happy faced pleasant host who asked where i wanted to sit... table or bar.
(yep, that's me, a solo traveler from Maine who knows that Applebee's has a great longstanding reputation for accommodating dine-alone customers). First of all, and ALL parking lots can speak volumes if there's litter, crumbled pavement or terrible signage that should have clearly marked allocated spots for people with mobility challenges.
This Applebee's had a great smooth clean lot, new signage, ADA compliant ramps, transitions, restrooms and entries...

The interior had a newly cleaned look and feel in truly consistent Applebee's style.
The wait staff were amazing, it didn't matter who had which table, they were all refilling drinks etc for each other (refreshing teamwork).
I can't speak for the women's restroom, but, as a middle aged man walking into a men's room that smells like good soap and cleaner sure beats walking into one that smells like the litter needs changing in a cat box.
My food was consistent with the usual Applebee's high standards of quality fresh food served at the right temp, excellent presentation, portions plus, clean table and cutlery with a Perfect Margarita... Oh, and a server that checked in to assure all was right with the order. There's a lot to be said about a nationwide family of restaurants such as Applebee's, I've been to 24 of them from the east coast to the west coast, standard uniform pricing, huge menu, quality,
easy environment, efficient, great cocktails, fast bill pay along with polished well-groomed staff who know customer service.
Guilty pleasure= mozzarella sticks.

We had a very pleasant late lunch after doing some shopping nearby.
The food was delicious, fresh and as ordered and was served to us quickly.
Our server, Christine H. was very pleasant and came by often to see if we needed anything.
It was a great experience. It's hard to find good food & good service in most places today. We will definitely be going back!

Only reason for 3 stars is they were understaffed. I understand people try to save money with payroll but it's getting ridiculous. I believe if they are overstaffed on a slow day they will still make more money by giving amazing customer service. Robert the bar tender was great!
The service was wonderful but the food was terrible. I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was tough and small for the price, they said they didn't have any gravy for the potatoes which were not cooked all the way and my son ordered a drink that was on the menu but they said they were out of the ingredients. I'll never go there again!

I had a terrible experience at this Applebee’s location. Our server was unprofessional, the food arrived cold, tasted disgusting, and was clearly not fresh. On top of that, the booth we were seated in was filthy, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting—clearly not cleaned in a long time. This visit was disappointing from start to finish, and I won’t be returning.
Stopped in for lunch. Waited at door to be seated 10 mins before anyone even noticed. It was not busy.
One waitress for too many tables. She was very nice but food service was very slow from kitchen.
Hamburger was nothing like picture.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience of all time. There was a wait which was fine when we were finally sat, the table reeked of being wiped with a dirty rag and we waited over 20 mins for a server to come over , I had to ask 3 times for her to rewipe the table. We got told the taps were broken and had been for a week and they had limited bottle options. They made my son’s meal wrong and when he told her she argued with him - he’s 7…. He ordered what he wanted and they made it wrong. Instead of at least letting him eat the fries while they remade the main dish they took the whole plate to remake it. I ordered soup and salad and they never brought the salad. My husbands meal was not made well and we never once got a refill on our waters or asked if we wanted more beers. They also never brought my son’s drink. Awful.
