Bloody Awesome experience today. Had my family to join me for my Sons birthday. The waiter was awesome, and the service was extremely fast. Everyone was full and exited with a smile on their face. Couldn't believe I'd come across another restaurant that serves chocolate milk.
I come here often but this time, the experience was horrible. Took 15 minutes for our waiter to attend us even though the place was quite dead. He walked by us many times but didn’t say anything, waited until other table left. This kid needs to learn soft skills. Asked for water twice but took a while to get that. Ordered food which I can tell was ready in no time but our waiter was busy playing on his phone so by the time it arrived, it was cold. Also—there was a hair on the mash potatoes!!!! Had to get the waiter’s attention to ask me how my food was…of course I told him the issue. He asked if I wanted something else…heck no! He told his manager to not charge the food and we left hungry..Terrible!! I’m not going back there.
Cora was my server and she was amazing! She was very quick paced and super friendly. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 experience.
I came here with my brother, mother and I had my 6 month old baby with me. Obviously my baby only had milk. We got the 2 for $25 which comes with one appetizer. My brother wasn't very hungry so he just ate the appetizer, he got the cheese sticks. When they brought us the cheese sticks, they were cold on the inside and tasted reheated so we asked for a fresh order of them. They brought us an acclaimed fresh plate, it did taste better but it still wasn't quite right but he was fine with it. (I had 1 of them and honestly they tasted like a brand of frozen cheese sticks, I'm not saying that they were frozen I'm only saying how they tasted.) Me and my mother got the cheese burger with cheddar cheese and fries as the side, we both added bacon. She got hers with no garden and crispy bacon; they still put the garden on the side. I ordered mine with crispy bacon and the garden on the side; my bacon was not crispy. The burgers were alright and the tomato was very juicy. I personally don't really care for burgers but my mother really liked hers. The fries were very good too but a lite salty, I do wish there was slightly less salt on them but they were still tasty. Oh and we all got sweet tea to drink, the tea was delicious.
They sat us three in bar area, it took quite awhile for the young female bar employee to come, I showed her my free wings coupon then we ordered. She brought the wings in one small plate I ask for 3 plates who wants to pass the plate and dipping sauce around the table. That seemed to irritate her. Our food was good she never ask to fill up our water one time, when she brought the check it was 25. And change out of 40.00 she said any change? REALLY I said yes please when she brought back the change she slapped it on the table and walked away! I still left a 5.00 tip though I would have given much more IF her attitude was better. If you have to come to work have a better attitude, if you hate people and your job FIND something else!
Brought my Mom and husband here. They had the bourbon St steak. Kevin the cook did an excellent job cooking the steak to perfection. We also had the combo appetizer and it was delicious. Our waitress Cameron was the sweetest thing ever and an amazing waitress! The bathrooms were super clean and the atmosphere was relaxing ! 10/10 would recommend! Amazing job. Reasonable prices.
Alex did a good job last night. Drinks were always full and food was great. Music was just slightly too loud but I assume they have it like that for late night people.
We had the 2 for 32. Excellent. Chicken breast and shrimp not over cooked. We both had a cocktail and better than 5 star change and less money.
