It's Applebee's not a 5 star Michelin so I gave it 4. That being said, service was great, we came in kinda late, steaks were cooked to perfection. Garlic Mashed potatoes were on point! We love Applebee's for late night dinning. And the Boo cocktails, delish!!
Our waitress today was Brooke she was very busy but never missed a beat with our order. There was 4 of us but she also had another table of 13 and a few more tables. Hard working young lady! Also very nice Applebee’s Thankyou!
They have lots of great food, especially the Boneless wings, and they're delicious, plus their drinks taste awesome, especially the Mountain Dew Dark Berry Bash, and it has awesome flavor, so come on down and have a great meal with friends and families. Also, remember to bring kids cause they love great foods and watching their favorite sport teams.
I came in to apple bees with my two children for Halloween and the service was amazing! Our server was Sara and the costume was so cute that my kids were so happy! She was the biggest sweetheart ever and she was really patient and helpful! I recommend coming here, Sara we love you!
The service was excellent. Prime Rib dip was delicious; Au jue had a nice thickness with caramelized onions & not too salty. I opted for their garlic mashed potatoes in place of the French fries. Fresh Lemonade was a great touch. I also took advantage of their half-priced appetizer special & tried the Oriental won ton tacos, which were a great flavor combination & perfectly crunchy & lite.
Waited 30 minutes for drinks after the order was taken. Plenty of staff standing around the bar on their phones and chit chatting. No silverware, napkins, or appetizer plates offered; had to ask 3 times. My mother had to ask 4 times for a coffee refill. There were only 5 occupied tables in the entire restaurant, now I know why. Extreamly bad service!!!!!!!!!!! The food was good.
I wished I could rate this a 0!! The way management (specifically Brittney) speaks to their employees is terrible and disgusting. I was very shocked to hear the way everyone was speaking to our server Lina, and when I brought it up to Brittney she said that Lina was new and that was why she was speaking to her like that was even worse. She took no accountability and didn’t even apologize to save face. Lina was so happy and upbeat the whole time even after being spoken to so poorly. Kayta had brought our food over and was EXTREMELY rude about us not having silverware while she was just standing around until Jenna came in, instead of just bringing them to us she made a whole scene and made us very uncomfortable. Lina was in the midst of helping people figure out how to use their online gift cards and serving over half the restaurant with no help until the other manager Jenna came in. Thank you Jenna for listening to us and being a caring and helpful manager. This all seems to be a very reoccurring issue with Brittney and I do truly hope that something gets done about this. Lina thank you again for keeping the energy up and making this good even when you were being treated unfairly. also that cocktail you recommended was delicious.
