Stopped here for dinner the other day. The staff was very nice and friendly. Had a good atmosphere. Was not too busy and got seated right away. Got something different this time. Got a chicken sandwich with fries. Very delicious. No complaints at all.
Put in drink order soda came out 5 min. Bartender and staff to busy talking took 10 min. for 1drink. Waitress disappeared in kitchen. No manager interaction on site. Place 1/2 empty and it still took an hour to get food. Ribs were warm, not a good experience
We happen to love the menu options available at Applebees. The selection is remarkable. The food was excellent and the workers are very polite. I love how clean this place is. This was the first time we tried their burgers and they were both amazing! I had the bacon burger and she had the mushroom Swiss burger. They were cooked to perfection! We had a nice relaxing time. Everything was amazing.
It's really hard to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend when our drinks are not refilled and plates are left all over our table. I had to stack them myself and still they didn't get the hint. Our waitress never checked up on us. She was too busy hanging out at the bar and chatting with her coworkers. It felt like we were dead to them. It was not even a busy night, especially on a Saturday night.
Meh. My friends chicken sandwich was raw, they replaced it with something different but didn't seem overly concerned about it. The manager made an excuse about oil getting under the breading... The rest of the meal was good. Lighting is non existent, could barely read the menu. It's a shame, this place used to be good. On the plus side, our waitress was top notch! Donuts were spectacular and so were the pretzel sticks! I'd go back for apps and donuts! ????
The manager of the TO GO has zero people skills when it comes to crunch time. My doordash order was wrong because of a simple lack of double checking and without a comforting answer, I was told to deal with doordash it's their problem (basically).

Come here for lunch. There was maybe 5 other customers in the place. Our order was taken quick, but when the order came, my companions was totally wrong and missing a few items that he’d asked for. When the check came the waitress kept walking around or doing other things ( not tables) and finally I’d had to ask for someone else to check us out after 20mins yes of waiting and subtle nods to say” hey we’re done” . I’m very disappointed they’re going downhill on their service or maybe their morale is very low and needs to be fixed?
Update: the manager reached out to me and was empathetic and understanding, I appreciate you taking the time to reach out, others would either ignore or become negative. Thank you for that and I do enjoy your establishment.
You get what you pay for, Applebee's is just a horrible chain. Slow service when it was pretty empty inside. Did just appetizers the double crunch wings and pretzels with beer cheese were okay. The cheese curds were terrible, the coating was funky do to being fried in dirty oil that altered the taste of it. Never again, Any restaurants that can be found in the freezer aisle of a grocery store is not worth going to.
