I tried an appetizer which was quite bigger than expected. The wings, mozzarella sticks, Tortilla chips was good. I didn’t care for the spinach dip it wasn’t the best. I like my food with taste and it lack a taste of seasoning. The atmosphere was lovely, my waiter was good made sure I got what was needed.
Have been going to this particular Applebees since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff are always polite, food is hot and seasoned correctly. The restrooms are clean and stocked. It is our neighborhood place to be.
The hostess didn't seem to know what she was doing. There was a wait. She wasn't making a list but then she started one without getting our name or the other people that had been waiting. A manager (I think) took over and we had to tell her who was first etc. of the several parties waiting. Our server was attentive but was easily sidetracked and we had to ask several times for drink refills before he brought them. We all enjoyed our food.
I Would Avoid Coming To This Location. We Received Moldy Broccoli And After Telling The Server She Didn’t Do Anything But Tell Us “They Don’t Know What It Is”. Had To Send Back My Pasta Order Because Pasta Noodles Were Undercooked And Dry, They Also Barely Put Any Sauce On It. Overall Just A Bad Experience.
The food was cold ???? and the chips were greasy. The person that came out (cook or manager) made no effort to correct it ???? to amend the review Elwood called and is sending us a gift certificate to come back and try it again I appreciate the restaurant offering to make it right. Thank you Applebee's.
I feel like my food didn't fill me up like it was supposed to, but it was still delicious. I guess I just miss my wife being by my side when eating at ???? Applebee's.
Stood at the door just to be seated took Ten minutes. Was about to leave.
THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!! I was calm about the situation and didn’t cause a scene. But I’m leaving a review due to the lack of response or concern from management. I was told I’d get a call the next day. Not! Submitted a concern to corporate and that’s when the manager reached out. She went on about how she got the place clean from top to bottom and that my submission even made her pass an inspection that happened right after. I told her it was traumatizing to have almost eaten a roach and that a Applebees gift card serves me no purpose!! I literally won’t use it. Suggested another type. Said she’d get back to me, NOT!! It’s been weeks and haven’t heard a word since! She just needed to make the phone call due to corporate I’m sure. Be careful and inspect your food before eating it!!! Being nice and calm gets you nothing or nowhere clearly!
