To start - it was a very disappointing experience. We decided to try this restaurant and give it a second chance after the last terrible experience. Once again, service was non existent just like the last time a couple months ago. We were seated within minutes, but waited 15 minutes at our table with no server, so we decided to leave. Last time it was closer to 20 minutes with no server and we left that time as well! Usually I present photos of the meals, but since we were not even offered water or any beverage, there was certainly no opportunity to showcase any foods! Overall, I would never suggest this particular restaurant to anyone that is expecting service that is customary and reasonable for a casual dining restaurant. The only bright note was that from what I could see is that the restaurant was relatively clean. As for the "star ratings" we could not comment on the food and atmosphere and would have liked to provide a lower than "one star" if possible. Very disappointed and not expecting to attempt to eat at this location ever again..
Little disappointed. Called ahead and asked for no ice in the soda's and was told no problem. Well it must have been since there was ice in them
The biggest problem is the same one we have with many of the locations. We paid for 18oz of Alfredo sauce and only got almost 11oz. So tired of being jipped
We had the best server and service at this Applebee's. The server was awesome, he made our visit so much fun, and the food was delicious. Was a 10 out of 10 visit.
My family ordered. After a long wait their plates came out. Mine didn't. I waited another 10 minutes before the server returned to tell him my order was gone. He found out they gave it to another table. I have waited another 15 minutes without being checked on. I am starting to believe I can door dash an order from another Applebee's before I get a hamburger here. It's not busy during dinner time on a Friday and that's why.
This place used to be amazing but not no more... we have eaten here for years. I went tonight to have a birthday dinner with my wife. The place was pretty empty , and no one was on front. We waited around 5 minutes. There was an employee at the bar , saw us, and went to the kitchen . I saw at least 2 more employees, and no one came to greet us or seat us. After 10 minutes, I left.
It's sad to see a place that used to be amazing to this low. Really bad costumer service
Food was okay. Service was less than okay. Knives were dirty. Many employees standing around on phone with earbud in ear or sitting at a table while another employee was eating. Server had hickeys all over her neck. Burger was extremely salty. Only thing I enjoyed was the Spinach and artichoke dip.
We stopped coming to this Applebee's because of service and restaurant not clean. and decided to stop in today and we're completely surprised how clean it is and the service and especially bartender have been wonderful. We definitely will be back
The service was absolutely terrible. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even knowledged us. The waitress comes to the table and pushes the salt and pepper with menus and then stood there. Doesn't introduce herself or anything. Weird. Then I finally say something about drinks and she finally quietly says who she is. We ordered an appetizer and our food. We waited 20 mins before drinks come. Another 15 minutes goes by...nothing. after 30 more minutes we finally get our food. We asked where the appetizer was and she said oh it's coming. We get our food and it's ice fold. Sat there 10 minutes waving and trying to get attention and nothing. The waitress never came by to ask if we needed anything. Also I had to ask for silverware because I was given a plastic fork.....what a joke. Never again...AppleBees use to be amazing and now it's a joke.
