Don’t get the margarita unless you like a mix that’s very not good. Review the Caesar salad with blackened shrimp…. Everything came out the same temperature dressing and all shrimp taste like it had sent out while the burger in the order was made. Boneless chicken wings came out with a pile of dust on the plate.
While in Pittsburg, KS we decided to have a family dinner at Applebee’s and I’m glad we did. Our servers name was Sean and he did a great job!! He was professional, courteous and he was attentive although he had several tables….he took our drink order quickly then came right back and got our appetizer and entree order and was patient the whole time, I love it when my drink never gets empty and the server clears empty appetizer plates once they are empty.
The appetizer was steaming hot breadsticks and Alfredo and was great! All of our entrees were excellent, steaks cooked perfectly and hot! I would recommend this Applebee’s location and especially the server Sean…it was a great experience and these days when you spend $100 on dinner (including drinks) you want to be happy & full when you leave!!
I've tried several dishes here and they never disappoint. Staff has always been friendly and good at what they do.
ordered the neighborhood burger was described as double meat burger and was a single patty cut in half wife ordered ranch chicken sandwich and was dry no sauce
I used to go there all the time and it used to be waiting to be seated because it was always full. Recently its almost empty and you get seated right away. Come to find out most people stopped going there because the food is terrible. They need to fire who is in charge for losing customers. I ordered the chicken basket with fries I got about 6 tiny pieces of chicken the were about two inches long and about 20 fries. I noticed the chicken pieces barely had any chicken maybe a quarter inch chicken and the rest was breading. They totally went down hill. Someone in charge needs fired. Also the cooks needs fired. I can't believe that this store is still open. Management is important to a success business. And now I see why it had no customer
Went to go pick up my order and it seems no one inside knows what they’re doing at all…one woman said to go to the front, the. The woman at the front very rudely told me to talk to the bartender. The bartender spent fifteen minutes making a singular drink not looking up once at the customers. I had to get her attention to which my fiancé called me and said the had brought it to the car, even though we chose pick-up inside…just overall no one had any idea what they were doing and all had terrible attitudes besides the one who brought the food out, who my fiancé said was very kind and the only reason this is not a one start
Place smelled like puke when we walked in door, person that seated us didn't speak, never got served. We walked out.
I won't be going back.
Very few (2pm ish on a Sunday) customers. We had ordered a chicken wrap but they didn't put the chicken in it.
The burger was 1 patty cut in half to look like it was a double.
Lots of stuff was totally off the menu as they were working on the fryers.
We deducted a dollar bill from the waitresses tip everytime she rolled her eyes. She acted like what few tables where there where a burden, no smiles the whole time we where there.
The floor was horribly sticky
