Ordered 2 plates. One was good, the other was clearly heated from frozen. Meh.
Staff was fine, but probably revolving and under managed.
The cook looks 14 and the place is laid out oddly. If you plan to find the bathroom, it's a maze to get there.
All is all this place is fine, but it reminds me of McDonald's with better food choices and way higher prices.
The Bartender, Jason is absolutely awesome! He knows my drink order by heart and is always super friendly and attentive!
I dine at my local Applebee's several times per month, so why not eat it in Ohio? Well.. because it was the worst Applebee's experience ever. I should have known better than to order food after walking into the bathroom to change my baby & it smelled of raw sewage. When we went to order, we were made aware that 2 of the 3 apps we were interested weren't available along with several other items. It then took at least half an hour for our apps(nachos & soft pretzels), and within 5 minutes, my entire meal was on the table. As i write this review, my man is questioning his life on the toilet from his subpar whole lotta bacon burger. I got a southwest chicken bowl. No lettuce or guac. Extra rice & chimichurri or however you spell it. Bowl comes out with dry, room temperature chicken. On top of a huge bed of lettuce. The chimichurri was seperated, a thick green goo of it was splattered on my chicken. It tasted like strait oil & had none of the kick it usually does. Maybe like 6 black beans and a kernel or two of corn that sort of resembled a salsa of sorts. Not only was my waitress unpersonable, she down right just didnt care. After quickly dropping our food off, it took another 15ish minutes for her to come back for me to even let her know it was all wrong. She could have checked her ticket or looked over the food. The lettuce was clear as day. The sauce was clearly not... right at all. The lack of ingredients was very apparent. It was like end of the night scraps and they couldnt be bothered to open more to give the correct portions of anything. When i said it was wrong, she took offense and said "what exactly is wrong". No apology or attempt to even care. There were very few tables. It was 2 hours before close. There was a nice little gathering of employees hanging out at the bar having drinks, and the workers still on the clock seemed to think they deserved more attention than we did at our table. On a positive note, glad they were out of beef. Chicken nachos were delicious. The jalapeños the put on top are some of the best Ive tasted.
The mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold and the salmon was dry and cold after taking 25+ minutes to get the food. Waited over 10 min for the bill then another 10 for her to bring our cards back. Slow service, cold food, not busy restaurant. My daughter's bbq ribs were also cold and not good. Extremely disappointed. Paying $60 for crappy food makes me angry, but returning food is a no no, unless u want a side of spit.
Brittney at the bar did an awesome job tonight. She was super attentive and checked in often. Kept me informed on food I ordered and balanced all the tasks she was doing well. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Applebees, but I would hope everyone gets a bartender as great as her.
My friend and I had Felicia, and we love her so much! Definitely will be back and ask for her again :)
Will never set foot in another Applebee's ???? . Ordered the prime rib sandwich, it came cut in half with cheese on it. Ate half of the first piece and thought it tasted burnt, took it apart to find that all the meat was burnt, looked like bacon. It was all hidden under the cheese. And I guarantee it was not prime rib. The place sucks !!!
Pretty good for the most part. A little pricey for what you get though. The meat on the Prime Rib Dipper sandwich was incredibly salty, it was pretty much inedible but the Clubhouse Grille was great!
