We went around 1pm so it wasn't terribly busy. There was no wait to be seated and our waitress took our order right away. The portions were very well sized. Food was hot and delicious.
I ordered the 2 for 30 carry out because there was a wait to be seated. I got home everything was hot but my ribs was ice cold. And I received my chips but no spinach dip was in the bag, felt like I went to a fast food restaurant. This place is nothing like it use to be they seem to always be under staffed
Came in at 8:40pm and the HOST/HOSTESS WASNT WASNT WELCOMING OR HELPFUL. I was told that the wait was 25 minutes to be seated. I waited 30 minutes after the 15 minutes of waiting the HOSTESS changed the wait time on the white board to 30 minutes right in front of me. I asked to speak to the manager they stated Travis was busy on the line. I asked another lady there and she was very helpful she explained that it was busy but then she told us we couldn’t dine in. She said that they been stop the dine ins for the day, the hostess NEVER EXPLAINED THAT TO US. It was a lot of head nods and I don’t knows. She was on the phone the entire time. She was not welcoming at all. Very poor customer service. I wasted time just sitting there just to be told I could not dine in today. Came straight from work to this Applebees. I do have a picture of the young lady. Worst experience ever. AirPods in her ear. She looked very intoxicated eyes were red and low. Like it was just all around wrong. I am a GM at a cafe and I know things get a bit busy but for the greeter to not be able to communicate the wait time or that we cannot dine in after 30 minutes of waiting is unacceptable.
11NOV21 ~ Applebee's Grill & Bar is just the greatest! Thank you for recognizing & supporting America's Veterans! They even decorated for Veteran's Day! Today your food, service, and patriotism are unsurpassed! Our meals were tasty, well prepared, and hot. Our waitress was excellent! She was friendly, polite, helpful, efficient, and came by at all the rights times. Thank you Applebee's!
One Year Earlier...
Nothing really bad, hence three stars, more perplexed. Silverware: Do they not have enough silverware? Our waitress seated us but didn't give us any napkins or silverware. She then took our drink order and when she brought out drinks she still didn't bring out any silverware. I need the fork to fish out the lemon and I need the fork to squeeze the lemon using the fork as a splash guard. I asked for silverware and the waitress asked, "Do you need it right now?" Kind of a strange question. I said, "No, not right now," trying to polite. Another waitress brought out our meals and she didn't bring out any silverware or napkins. I asked her for some napkins and silverware. She responded with something to the effect, "They are running some now, I get you some as soon as it's ready." A little while later I flagged down out waitress and again asked for silverware. She said she'd check to see if it were ready. As we waited for our silverware I overheard two waitresses behind the bar talking about how you didn't have enough silverware. There were only six other occupied tables and all were singles or doubles. What happened to your silverware?!? Also, please serve salsa with the fajitas. Our food was okay, no complaints there...
I'm sitting in the restaurant now.
I took my mother out for margaritas and dinner.
It took a long time to get my drink order in. 20 min for our appetizers.
My food was cold before I got silverware. Or plastic wear. There is no silverware clean,I guess. So they did offer to get me hot wings, 30 minutes ago!!!
I'm ready to leave. I don't care about the wings anymore...
I told the manager I'm not happy with my service. She actually argued with me and walked away.
I'm ready for the bill. There's no server available to get it.

Everything was good, except for the patron who was watching the game. He was extremely loud and using profanity. We were both disturbed by the behavior and disappointed that it went unchecked. Although I can understand his excitement, when we chose to dine at Applebee's, we were not expecting such an atmosphere.
Server was absolutely wonderful upfront with me, but they were referring to me as “the little whitey” to another worker?? I’ll stay at my table next visit ???? no walks to the bathroom are needed. On the bright side, no wait time, fast service, few people dining in, and the food was great!
It looks better then it taste. They've taken a lot of items off their menu that we liked and we stopped going. We decided to give them a try this weekend and were disappointed yet again. The music was way too loud, the place was empty and it still took forever to get our food and some of the staff were more interested in huttling together then taking care of their patrons. Needles to say we won't be going back anytime soon.
