Best WLM Reviews
Ordered food received a plate of Grease. Disgusting ????
Wish I would have read the reviews b4 I went there 2 eat!
Your hiring process needs major attention
Eh? Typical Applebees establishment, great deals if you wanna pull up to the bar and get smashed while eating finger foods. Our server Jessie was the best, cool demeanor and mad observant ????????
Once again Applebees disappoints. Every time I think to give them another try...always leads to disappointment. As seen in receipt asked for garlicky green beans. I do not like mashed potatoes. BOTH orders were sent with mash potatoes. No call or message to confirm or advise out of a side or ASKING if a substitution was okay. What is the point of selecting sides if they are going to choice what to send you. It feels like money wasted once again!
I keep trying to give this location a chance but damn they suck. The food has gone down so much they really just hire any cook and no one even checks their work. I order medium well steak and my bf picked it up doesn’t check it comes home and it’s literally BURNT .
the wait time for this restaurant was extensive. we waited over an hour to recieve just our drinks. regardless my food was delicious (classic cheeseburger) and was cooked exactly how i asked. on the other hand, my boyfriends food was cold and undercooked. as you can see in the picture, his chicken was still pink.
I went to AppleBees yesterday with my husband and ordered 4 dishes, 2 of which were appetizers and 2 mains. We ate the appetizers and took the mains home, and today I cut the Sweet and Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich that I ordered and found that it was raw. This glaring oversight in food safety standards is unacceptable.
The service tonight was fantastic! My group came in for half off apps, and Don was very accommodating and kind at the host stand and made sure we got in ahead of the time given to us and made sure we were taken care of. Jessica gave us quality service and was so sweet and funny!! She's very personable, so sweet, and took great care of us and went above and beyond. I got the blue bacardi bucket, and it was decent, not super strong but not bad.
The food was Great but the service was Better! As Everyone in the food service industry struggles, this crew was setting the example, always there when we needed something and anticipating what we would need so we never had to ask. Ashley C. Specifically was the best waitress I have had in quite some time, she deserves a raise, and should be teaching others her skill set, as it is an art, not a science. :^)
