Service was great for getting there so late. I had not been there for a couple years. The food came out really quick and tasted good.
Waitress was very nice and held a conversation with everyone that was in our section.
I recommend stopping in and giving it a try.
Floors were a slip hazard, restrooms smelled horrible, feminine hygiene bags were filled to the brim looks like it hadn't been taken care of in awhile could've been the smell. Wait staff takes forever spends more time in the back hanging out with friends vs service.
The bar area was loaded with dishes that were not bussed. The cook staff looked disheveled and should not have been behind a grill and the bar staff appeared to not care at all, especially in her attire.
I ordered a chicken fajita roll up that looked like something that came out a microwave. I took it to go and had two bites before flushing it down the toilet. Luckily I am in the area overnight bc if I wasn't I'd call the board of health on this place.
I travel the country for work and Applebee's is my go-to as I have had no issues, as well as consistent dishes and presentation. I'm now concerned that I may get sick tonight due to the awful conditions. In other parts of the US, this restaurant would be shut down.
On average when I have gone to Applebee's in Richmond Indiana the quality of the food and service were questionable but today's visit was definitely improved for both food and service. Thank you for a positive experience Applebee's.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Applebee's, and Tera was a big part of that. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a bright smile and a friendly attitude that set the tone for the evening.

Wait staff was upset with us for asking for a knife to cut out food. Fries were cold, floors were messy, and restrooms smelled
Horrible experience. Tons of tables and booths available, yet we waited for 20 minutes while other people gave up and left. Staff standing around talking. We finally left when a server dumped the silverware and picked them up and put them back in the dispenser to be given to customers.
Great place good food super reasonable. Really like the waiter Josh he seems to remember us always has great food suggestions.
