Best WLM Reviews
We visited this location on 5/14/2024. When we stepped through the door we were greeted and the host took us to our table. Our waiter name was Norman aka Monty. Monty was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, great, awesome, down to earth, relatable, funny and very respectful. He made our experience great. Also, the manager Scarleet was working the floor, walking around checking on tables, asking how everyone was doing and asking about the service that was provided. That alone made the experience great also, because I rarely see managers walking the floor, working the floor and check on customers, here on the Coast. The staff was very friendly, respectful and awesome (They even were asking how we were doing and told us to have a great day upon leaving)! The business was super clean and the food was on point. Now let's talk about the food! I really don't care for Applebee's food at all, but this location, the waiter, the manager and the food changed my mind. My wife and I had the southwest chicken bowls and our daughter had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. I only have one photo of the SW chicken bowl, sorry! But the food was delicious, wonderful, seasoned well, cooked to perfection and our food was fresh when we received it. The serving portion of each dish was a nice size and we had enough for leftovers. I know there's a few bad reviews, however visit the location for yourself and you judge based off of your experience. I would highly recommend this location! Thank you for the awesome food, service and experience to the whole staff and crew at Applebee's! We will definitely be a regular!

My friend and I came to Apple Bee’s tonight for dinner and everything was a 10/10. The food was hot, flavorful, and so good. Deysha was the best server and Ms. Scarlett made sure to check on us multiple times. So good! We plan to come back!
The service was really fast. The food was hot and good. The price was great. Thier 2 for 25-28-31 with a huge appetizer is one of the best values i have seen. Why would anyone go to a fast food when you go here get better food for less money. I just wish there was one close to home
We don't go too often with so many great restaurants in our area but every now and then. We always enjoy the food and service is great. It's a good, quick, no surprises restaurant for an inexpensive nice meal.
Good family restaurant with reasonable prices.I had a prime rib dipper and my nephew had a chicken and shrimp dish with mashed potatoes. They were ok. The patron margarita, howerer, was excellant. The service was on the %15 side. I do think they need a tv on the south side of the restaurant. We were there on a saturday afternoon and I couldnt see the football game.
The food which I wanted over an hour for was decent. The service was slow. The waitress was not friendly. She acted as if she understood what I asked for and got nothing correct. But repeated it back with Ttitude when asked.
Only 5 stars? I wish I could give more. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. This is going to be a new go-to spot. Wonderful!
The all you can eat chicken the first plate was great after that the chicken is just so breaded its definitely not worth it. Beer could definitely be colder. Service was great from Fathom I believe her name was. She gave above and beyond customer services! She was the bar tender.
