Me and my friend decided that we were hungry pretty late in the afternoon well evening I suppose it was, and right at the last moment we decided that we was going to go to Applebee's we were at another location and they were closing already so we couldn't eat there and we decided to go to Applebee's on Dixie highway and thankfully and luckily we were able to be seated by the kind staff and wonderful waitresses that were on standby. They were very awesome and nice to us They were awesome at their jobs and did wonderful waiting our table They were not impatient when it was time to close and go home they did everything perfectly right to a T. I really loved the spinach artichoke dip with the chips and salsa, the dinner that I enjoyed was the plate of shrimp on a shish kabob over top of a sirloin steak that was juicy and delicious and the side I chose was broccoli with cheese on top melted the vegetables are very fresh and delicious, also I ate some red potato mashed potatoes homemade I suppose but it taste wonderful everything tasted wonderful they did a great job. I would definitely love to eat here again many times over and over again.
Our server, Denise was excellent. For the majority of the time we were there, she was as the only server. That didn’t have any effect on the service. She was very diligent to be sure all the customers were well taken care of.
The food was good, but the service and atmosphere were wonderful. This restaurant is a great place to meet with friends that you want to visit with because it is not crowded and noisy. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Alot of food, and it was so good. Our server, Denise was awesome, she was polite, efficient and patient, she kept us with drink refills. Worth every cent!
DO NOT LET THE 3 STARS FOOL YOU!! We had Jameciah as our server, she was wonderful!! Our food was great, steak needed to be cooked a little more and she had no problem bringing it back to us perfectly cooked!! Atmosphere was wonderful, we had not been to Applebees in many years and our experience was better than we remembered! Will definitely be going again. Thanks y’all ❤️

I went to go get dinner with my boyfriend and my sister. We all sat down and ordered our food but, only our sides and my sister’s chicken came out after waiting for a half an hour!! Cut to about an HOUR LATER my bf and I STILL haven’t gotten our food. When I finally got my food there was a very long piece of hair in it! (My bf never got his food btw!) We asked to speak to the manager so we could talk about possibly getting a refund for our food because we were insanely displeased with the service and the quality of the food but they still made us pay for it and stalked us like hawks the whole time we were waiting to hear about our refund because they thought we were going to dine and dash. (Guess they have that happen a lot). Would leave -10 stars if possible!!
I’ve never had such an unacceptable visit at AppleBees or any sit down restaurant for that manner. I will NEVER be returning! That was madness and I honestly couldn’t even believe it was happening before my eyes because they were so insanely unprofessional about the entire thing. They don’t care about their customers one bit! Unbelievable! ☹️
Freaking horrible service. There was 10 people working and the place was slow. Barely anyone at the tables and 1 person at the bar. It took us almost a hour to get anyone to even acknowledge us so we could pick up our order. I will never ever go to this apple bees again. The servers just acted like we did not exist. Stay away from this place when ordering take out. They don't care. I even pre tipped the order... horrible
Other than not having alcohol at this time. Haley was a wonderful server and did a great job making sure our food was good and our drinks were full. Would Definitely come back and ask for her. 10 stars Haley if I could give them to you!
Applebees without the liquor at this location I was able to see how horrible it is in HD. Food was nasty and cold, server came by every 45 mins, and the establishment was dirty.
