Save yourself the trip, I’ve been to this location three times and this is definitely the last. I’m all for giving second chances, we all know restaurants can have off nights. We came in around 4, and there weren’t really any people in so we figured service would be better than the past two times. Wrong. We were there an hour, which yeah may not be bad necessarily. But when you are literally in there with two other families, it shouldn’t have taken that long. We get our drinks, I had to ask for a water twice to our waiter and she never brought it, and she had wrote our ticket completely wrong. Then our waiter suddenly had to leave so we got a different waiter named Melissa. Now Melissa was quite literally the only good part about this experience ???? she was lovely and very helpful making our meals right and our bill correct. As you can see the burger my boyfriend got was burnt to a crisp. He still ate half of it, because he felt bad about asking to change it, but I had to get it removed from our bill. So shoutout to Melissa, you’re a great server! Not your fault for these circumstances ????
They were pretty shorthanded, even though it was after the lunch rush, but everyone pitched in and did a really good job with service. The food was excellent as well. The fries were fresh as well as the cheeseburger. I will definitely keep this place in mind as we travel through here pretty often and plan on returning.
Food was decent, but the server we had was more than a little under-performing. Not sure if she's new or just doesn't care but her empathy was very low, she checked on us maybe 3 times and didn't ask once if we needed a refill on drinks. When I ordered I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes and she wrote down regular, and I understand they were busy which is why I didn't make a big deal about it at the moment but the thing that really upset us was the fact she collected all of her table's tickets at one time, all the cards and all the receipts. How can someone possibly keep track of all those tickets at the same time? The whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward and we will probably not be coming back to this Applebee's, or at least not while that server is there.
Door dashed and spent $30 for a steak and mashed potatoes. Ordered medium cook. This thing was all fat and gristle and cooked beyond recognition. Not to mention the dasher waited 20 MINUTES for this. I’ve never not ever had a good experience at this location since it opened. I guess I am done giving them chances. Highly do not recommend.
I had a great rib eye steak and salad. I can't afford to come here very often, but when we do, it is worth it. My wife had ???? baby back ribbs, so tender they just fell off the bone! Our server was very nice and I tipped accordingly! These people who work as servers ???? have a stressful and very ???? tiring job. If you can afford ro be generous, shoe them you appreciate ???? their hard work! Sometimes it is hard to leave a good ???? tip, but if you can they so ???? appreciate it...
Worst waitress I’ve ever encountered. Being in there for over an hour on an afternoon with minimal customers should never happen. We waited, and waited, and waited some more for our food. We had to track someone down just to get our food. During this time a couple was seated, no one even came to ask them for their drinks and they left. If we hadn’t of already ordered food we would have done the same! Worst service ever!
Wonderful meal. We were passing on our way back home and very pleased. Very rarely is my steak cooked to perfection but this cook nailed it. If only all steak cooks had his skill!
Abby is a horrible waitress. Her attitude was enough to embarrassed her parents.
The "queso" tasted like breathing out after you throw up through your nose.
The food took 45 mins. Burgers were dry and burned but my daughter said her chicken fingers were good.
We didn't eat much of our food, as the pics show.
